Head of Client Care for a physical therapy and fitness company
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of the sales of hubspot is the organization that it offers and as well as the ability to collect data. Organizing the leads results in increased conversion and the data collection allows us to make decisions on what works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that emails sent via the hubspot platform look different compared to when sending emails via gmail. It results in the email chain looking different which may make reading emails harder for prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving an organizational problem as well as a data collection and presentation issue. This helps us make better decisions about what is working and what isn't working.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use, love to use tasks because I have a terrible memory, so that helped me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when you merge a customer you can´t undo it

It shows of how we are doing in sales with the funnels we can create.
Great CRM for small to mid-size sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Great CRM for seasoned and new sales professional alike. Can easily customize your CRM for multiple teams and to work cross functionally. I like the ease of adding companies and contacts and the email tracking is the best tool for keeping track of the status of your leads and any communications you've had with them. If paying for the premium Sales Hub services, you also have a wide array of tools to set up sequences for emails which makes communicating in mass a breeze. The system also notifies if any emails are invalid or have opted out, which saves time for sales professionals to update their records. Love the template feature for creating emails more efficiently. Overall the basic plan covers the tools a smaller business needs to seamlessly manage leads and contacts for any business development and account management role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some sequencing features were available in the basic plan to save time. I also wish some fields, such as industry, would auto-populate to match the company profile you are saving the contact under to save time and keep consistency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales hub is a crucial part to my role in Business development for managing my leads and communications. I would not be able to work as efficiently and effectively with contacting companies without this CRM.
Best CRM and UI for a workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful on order to achieve goals, completition of takes and tools are very easy to work on, happy to keep up with the platform CRM to contact clients and check their activities
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatation, I would love to create sequences more automatically and keep getting restricted when the time of doing still , keeps saying you will do automatic email 1 day later instead of the outcome of a call , process's sequence could make the CRM faster and efficient I believe.maybe I got not the right experience but I tried look for more about it I don't have options to customize that part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving connections with prospects and clients which makes the life easier. Creating meeting and takes are a very good tool which makes you more active and keeps you up to date on all the activities to do lists and queue to follow
Hubba Hubba Hub Spot!
What do you like best about the product?
Hub Spot is amazing! From the capabilities to the support, I love it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many options perhaps....can't be a bad thing, I just have a small brain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub Spot is my personal secretary and I love her. Hub Spot keeps everything organized and helps me sell more.
Experience has been very good.

Call feature through HubSpot is very helopful.

Initital onboarding was a bit of a learning curve.

Excellent tool for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, it's very helpful and intuitive to keep track of your potential clients. You can customize a lot of the workflows within the tool. It's a MUST for the Sales Team.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, It can be a little bit overwhelming getting to learn the full extent of the tool. However, I believe with commitment and patience anyone can use it. It's very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Sales Executive, the most important part for me is not to lose track of the follow-ups. This tool enables me to do my FU on time and I can record every move I make.

Automations available and calendar sync to my outlook

Texting with Sakari is difficult or sometimes doesn't work at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is amazing and lets me know all the relevant data I need to be successful.
Hubspot is The Matrix -- but I'd like to stay please!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot integrates everything I need to process 25 leads a day. The fewer programs I have to use the better. But integrations such as with DialPad really lighten the workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features that the learning curve takes a while. For example I just want to send an email to all my no-shows for last quarter but I have to set up a single event sequence (I think). I'm sure it can be done but there's no "easy button". But at least it's not SalesForce Intergalactic edition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The massive volume of data to be managed is the issue and being able to track it all seems to be working. I'm really trying not to lose people through the cracks.
