Great for any small to mid sized sales operation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simply the navigation is on Hubspot. I can easily add/import contacts, enroll them to an email sequence, and assign them to companies and deals. I've used salesforce in the past, and it's a great tool too, but I'm not partial to either software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing I dislike about Hubspot. It's the size and font formatting when creating email sequences. The size of the text can change spontaneously when sending emails. I'll check my sent folder and some of the text is 11, then half way through the sentence it changes to 12. It looks terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving our organization problems with contact records, company records, activity/metrics, and deals. We have no need to store information elsewhere. It's clearly laid out in Hubspot.
Best UI/UX experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is an intuitive tool and fast to load very easy to use

Pipeline view can be weird because forecast numbers are too big

improving the UI/UX specifically of. The pipeline view
I really love the integrations with other software that automate and streamline my workflow.

The workflow of my scheduling and the integration of automation

Some of the functionality of the columns for my automation but i think this can be handled internally from my company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They ability to take away so many administrative tasks that I would normally have to do manually that is time consuming.
Makes sales folks life very easy
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows have a lot of capabilities to automate most of the redundant tasks. It helps make the sales team's life a lot easier. UX is pretty smooth and lesser bugs. Highly reachable support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meet scheduler is not up to the mark. Activity tracking could be made a little more simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our leads, opportunities and paid customers on different objects and correlates every data on the master company. Gives holistic view of funnel of the customer.
Excellent Sales Tool - Using in an Admissions Education Setting
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very user friendly and easy to learn. It gives you a number of tools to track your work and also to see the work of others (which can be used as a motivational driving source). Additionally, it allows you to integrate other work tools you may be utilizing so that you have access to everything in one place (i.e. e-mail).
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some additional filters in order to facilitate identifying certain markers for sales that are in process. At times there can be glitches, but that can happen with any system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not too many problems really. Every now and they we'll experience a glitch that interferes with access to certain things, but the HubSpot team solves these issues fairly quickly.
Hubspot for BDRs
What do you like best about the product?
I have found that the sequence feature in HubSpot allows me to deploy an outbound campaign seamlessly and track prospects effectively. Their deals pipeline feature is user-friendly and simple to interpret.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite feature of HubSpot sales and sequencing is that you are unable to see what your upcoming tasks are for the week, which makes managing work load somewhat difficult. Unless you manually track which day sequence tasks are going to drop, you don't have a clear picture of your work week which can be kind of distressing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using HubSpot sales, I was using a spreadsheet to keep track of which prospects I was reaching out to and manually outreaching. With HubSpot sales, all of my contacts are clearly saved and I can go back to see all communication between myself and them which is great when handing off sales or presenting my current deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasking and sequences. Tasking helps keep myself organized on a daily basis and being able to send automated emails via sequencing method allows myself to get a lot done
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could organize the Static Lists better. When referring to keads in a list you cannot click "next" within the list to go to the next lead, you have to go back to the main list page and click on a different contact when it would be much more ideal if you didn't have to keep going back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my day to agenda the most. Tasks keep me honest by reminding me what I have to do each day and sequences give me the help to send automated emails to people when I need to without having to remember to do so or manually send them one by one.
Great site for day to day admin
What do you like best about the product?
Being new to Hubspot, I found it very easy to find my way around. I love the task setting side of it - and the fact that I can get email updates daily, with all the tasks that need my attention for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major - occasionally, the site does seem to run a little slowly - particularly in the afternoons. However, it is nothing too significant. I was impressed that during an issue yesterday, we received a banner notification that there was an issue and that it was being addressed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my role in monitoring correspondence from our customers and moving them through our processes very easy. I can easily clear 100-plus contacts a day because of hubspot!

It has allowed me to keep track of my connections, build a database of customers, and reach out to clients in a timely manner.

Hubspot is the perfect CRM for our Company at our current Stage and their support is top notch
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is not a very technical person but who is also the primary admin for Hubspot at our company, I really appreciate how straightforward Hubspot is to use. That all being said, Hubspot's support team is truly amazing. Anytime I have a question or an inquiry, I get a response immediately and always am met with kindness, professionalism, and detailed responses which is very helpful. Hubspot is a great CRM for us at this moment. It's customizable, "easy" to use and configure, and they are constantly coming out with new features and advancements that seem to only add to the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the forecasting tool was a bit more robust and that there were more features available regarding setting up permissions for properties. Reporting capabilities could always be improved. I also with that there was more customization available for setting up views for teams / users so that they only need to "see" what they truly need to see. I do notice that Hubspot is constantly making updates though so I anticipate that these limitations will be addressed in the future if they haven't been addressed already. I also wish there was a way to make properties conditional based on other property values selected. And, this may seem small, but the ability to restrict users from going backwards in the deal stages is something that would be SO helpful and I know has been a feature request for a while, but still isn't possible. This just makes it more difficult to track as we grow / scale.

As our primary CRM for our growing sales team, Hubspot Sales Hub allows us to track all our sales-led deals from lead to closure and is utilized by our Sales, Marketing ,CS, and Ops teams for a plethora of requests and business requirements.
