Very useful CRM

What do you like best about the product?
the interface is incredibly user friendly and provides great consumer insights that allows you convert leads into sales in a seamless manner. it is our preferred method of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
there aren't many things that I dislike however i wish there was better integration between the deal page and the contact page as if the associations aren't set up correctly information can easily get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the integration with email and justcall allows us to communicate with customers in one space in one application without the need for many tabs open making our overall role easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can save multiple email templates and be able to reach out and send personal emails to hundreds of my prospects in a short amount of time. I also like the notification feed, which alerts me whenever my lead opens or clicks on the link in my email. That's super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike and hope that Hubspot finds a solution is when I get notified when I click or open the email I send to my prospect/client. HubSpot assumes that it was my prospect who opened the email when it was me who opened it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me stay organized and prioritize my essential leads/clients and activities. It helps me be more productive and drastically increases my outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized the platform is. With the ability to keep track of all leads and tasks I'm able to get more done in my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkedIn integration needs to be better. I rarely use LinkedIn via Hubspot itself which removes the automation aspect of the integration to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time with organization and automation which means more time for actual outreach!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot changes the dynamics of a team; the tool is straightforward to use and integrates very well with all our stack. It just makes life easier and with the simplicity to have as many customised dashboard for sales or leaders to track sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have a Hubspot certified app within our tool called PaletteHQ, although we are certified, we still don't have our app into HS, which could be so helpful for our team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to sync with our emails + tracking opens + connecting to Linkedin running exports all of this without breaking a sweat, that's amazing to me. I love it

What do you like best about the product?
Totally user friendly, data-driven, everything that we need to run our business is saved there

In this moment I have nothing to complain about
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we were using Trello for example, to keep track of all of our customers, candidates and positions.
Now we have HubSpot :)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the add on in gmail so i am able to set tasks from my inbox. i also like the ability to add people into sequences. I used to use salesloft and this is much better
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to add photos to a sequence- in a step but also the option to keep people in a sequence when they reply. PLEASE make that a feature. re enroll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes it easier to remember when i need to reach out to folks and what to say as well as seeing who else at their company has worked with my company. I also like having notes pinned.

What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty straightforward and its functions are effective. I love how I can easily set up things in a few clicks. all things needed are available in Hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are new to Hubspot I would say its too much information in 1 look but its function speaks for itself. 100% good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far I have not encountered problem with Hubspot yet

Ease of use, Easy and fluent integration with Salesforce, Easy to track leads, Easy to set campaigns Users can simply track email status without any hassles of integrating third-party tools

Yes, There are many. Like - Lag in calendar, error in sequence email timing

Doing pretty good work.
I have a one-stop CRM to analyse everything related to my contacts, Campaigns, and Tasks.
I can easily track My clients if they are visiting my website or not
