A complete CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity. The system is very easy to use and intuitive. I have no past experience using CRMs and Hubspot has been as easy as using any other web-based app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes activities log into unwanted accounts. It's probably something I can change in settings. Besides this, there are no noticeable dislikes with the plataform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep a precise record of each of my daily activities, having tasks easily available and loggable. It's Google integration also helps with Google Suites.

I love the fact that all the clients information is in one location, also the fact that anything that is done is notated

Sometimes it takes a bit for information to show up

Just being able to have client information at my fingertips

Templates, tasks, calls, and scheduling improve sales reps' efficiency.

Need to have more time to move to advanced features.

A lot of things that you need to upgrade to access, but hey, that's business baby.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us automate a lot of tasks and score leads to know where to spend our time.
Good tool, easy to configure and offers a lot of options for reports.
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard function for the reports. Easy to configure.

Sometimes is slow, and requires a restart.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is by far the best CRM I have used. It's intuitive enough to figure out on your own unlike sales force. It integrates with just about everything you could think of. On the sales side of things it's an absolute necessity and I love how my AEs can pick it up and start using it right away as its easy to learn. I also love how feature rich hubspot is and even though it's easy to use it doesn't sacrifice or mean it has less capabilities as it still has many useful advanced features like workflows and playbooks that are game changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a native book a demo create a deal function. Instead every company solves this differently and since it's such a basic function there should be a native feature that does this but there isn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows is a big help but what's even better is playbooks. No one likes being the sales manager constantly reminding their AE to fill out properties on contact or deal. With playbooks this easily forces the AE to update properties in an efficient and beneficial way.

They include all of the tools necessary to prospect and attract potential accounts. The tools themselves are easy to use and Hubspot in general is easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an in-depth training when you first log on to the CRM and you can learn all of the tricks and tools that Hubspot has to get the most out of the experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to reach out to a lot of prospects in a short amount of time. They also provide insights into when prospects open and if they clink links inside the email

What do you like best about the product?
It makes staying organized so easy. You can find old emails and related threads much easier than digging through a traditional email inbox. The ability to jump into other's tickets when they're OOO is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when internal users respond to an email, it does not move that email out of 'closed'. I remember this being more of a problem a few months ago but I'm not sure if it's since been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OOO coverage! All emails come into one alias, ensuring that no email is ever lost! it makes covering someones accounts while they're OOO so much easier because you don't need to leave an OOO message directing a contractor to a new address.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and to track daily usage, sales funnel etc. Layout and ability to drag deals to different phases of the pipeline is a major plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to undo. Sometimes I press the wrong key and delete the whole message, and I have to retype. An undo function would be huge!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flow of sales funnels, contact organization, and daily usage/activity from the sales team. Obviously leading to more productivity.
It lays out my pipeline nicely, also easy to use vs something like Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Layout of businesses and contacts. Also clickable websites and links. Looking back on old emails and communication with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features could do with some work. That being said hubspot support are always there to help

Contacting the right person for the job and closing business.
