An easy workflow to be organized and productive at work.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the how light the server is and how I can easily jump tabs to tabs
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it loads slowly but it is usually resolved in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How I easily open multiple accounts in one view. It is making our day more productive.

the ease of use of the CRM, it is intuitive, simple and complete

The sales tracking, email sequences, and snippets.

The search functionality. Usually when searching is doesn't pull up the correct lead or customer.

It has been great so far i like how it keeps me organized and I can create tasks to align my days

the lag and that it is slow sometimes. but that happens with every software

Great CRM that has all the features that you need to stay on top of deals!

Love the scheduling and calling features, we also use the sequences very often for follow-ups

It complex to know and use everything and master the whole product

It solves the problem that we had that marketing and sales used seperate tools

I love being able to see all of the notes and insights! The task tab keeps me on top of my game!

Occasionally things don't work so seamlessly, but it hasn't been anything a refresh didn't fix.

HS keeps me on task and I love the Outlook add on.

What do you like best about the product?
The Meetings Tool and Analytics Tool. Being able to access all my meetings and even create new customized meetings is something I enjoy doing and using in Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Templates being separate from sequences is quite confusing. It would be great if it was combined.

It solves meetings and Following up with clients

The customization that a user can do to give it a more personalized look. Easy to use and very cost effective

Sometimes the software works abit slow which is resolved very quickly

It helps me to keeps my data collection task intact, sends an email for the due tasks

I like how we can manage everything in our sales pipeline all in one place, and it is quite simple to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting support or finding the right training in the Hubspot Academy is difficult.

Keeping track of clients, managing email campaigns and tasks, and accepting payments. Most of our processes and tasks are taken care of in one place.
