Just good.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything is integrated. One platform for sales, marketing. Easily build funnels and stages, build workflows to automate as much as possible. Pay for contacts so the platform grows with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can be hard to figure out everything yourself because you have so many options. Also you can't use everything but have to pay / up your plan for sometimes just one feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us for hunting new customers, nurturing mqls and making sure our existing customers are satisfied. Especially when multiple people work on a customers (sales, service etc).
Best to use it.

Functions and fetaures, also email marketing now becomes easy with HubSpot CRM.

Some astheic need to be classy.

Easy to understand and easy to communicate.

Easy and web based solution that makes collaborating on deals a breeze.

Mobile is functional but could be better

Tracking advancing and collaborating on sales opportunities.
Pricing is ALWAYS higher than advertised. Customer support is woefully unhelpful.

The problems outweigh the benefits so I highly regret that you never start using Hubspot. It will just bring you heartache and difficulties.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has great advertised prices. The problem is that as soon as you sign up or upgrade packages, the actual charge is 3 or 4 times higher, with some excuse given in the 1000 lines of fine print. It is just deceptive.
The account managers are pathetic at best and just sent automated message after automated message. .

The problems outweigh the benefits so I want to leave.
The issue is that I am tied into a 12-month contract.
This was done when the Account Manager sent me an email asking if I would like to use a higher tier.
I clicked to agree and that click tied me into the product for the next 12 months.
DO NOT click to accept anything from an Account Manager, unless you have 30 min to read through every line of the T&Cs.
Hubspot is deceptive.

Organizing Your sales process with HubSpot's Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Sales Hub has everything I need to generate leads and track opportunities. It's convenient that it also provides me with a feature to view the length of time the recipient viewed each page once they opened my sent document. Additionally, great snippets and templates help me maintain structure in outreach messages! The Tasks app makes task management super easy. At the same time, Meetings eliminates needing third-party applications like Calendly by providing round-robin scheduling links for group meetings, making adding planning forms on our website fast and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that examining interactions with a contact or business is not overly intuitive. Adding the ability to organize content by date and rearranging tabs would benefit functionality, and introducing a search bar on the corporate page, so users can easily find what they need in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I gained a deep understanding of call scripts and customer lifecycle stages by listening to recorded conversations and studying articles on customer journeys. This confidence has allowed me to effectively manage our Sales Hub in HubSpot, giving customers the best possible experience during their purchase journey.
HubSpot Sales, your ally in managing your sales
What do you like best about the product?
The ease that the CRM provides for managing prospects, the use of the tools is almost intuitive, and above all, the different integrations that can be had.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be cool to have a space where information about updates can be available (as soon as they come out) and not wait for the monthly newsletter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All sales tools at hand, email templates, automated emails, tasks and reminders, meetings, calls, mobile app, etc.

It is easy to use and very user friedly! Love how it integrates with other software we use

I used to love Salesforce before I ever used HubSpot. I hope I never have to use Salesforce again!

I only had minor hiccups with emails, but I refreshed my screen, and I'm good to go.

What do you like best about the product?
The most relevant aspect is integration. We can easily associate our documents with transactions, which allows us to be efficient and find our way easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not allow archiving of sales. It's a shame since we can only delete them.

Maintaining exceptional relationships with HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I love the comprehensive functionality of HubSpot Sales Hub. Having a centralized account that stores details about my customers, such as their names and purchasing preferences, is extremely helpful in managing our business operations. Additionally, I appreciate having an organized place for storing relevant documents like proposals or contracts; this allows us to reference important information when we need it most quickly. We can also send emails directly from within the app also makes our end convenient; we can track whether they are opened and add contact info, meeting links, and more with remarkable ease! Finally, using note tools helps immensely when organizing tasks by allowing me to make updates until something's been marked complete. That said, however, if there were one thing I'd change, its how limited changes using edit fields currently remain - only single properties can be changed at once, unfortunately which makes workflow difficult
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that HubSpot Sales Hub requires users to move back and forth repeatedly, wasting a lot of time. Additionally, I've heard from some members of my team who would like the ability to log call durations with their records - for example, if someone calls them back, they should be able to add how long the conversation lasted. This lack of functionality has contributed to why people have become less active in using it lately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Sales Hub is a valuable tool for streamlining daily activities, setting clear goals, and automating much of the necessary work to save time. It has helped me better manage my workflow to be more productive and successful.

Awesome to catalog leads and deals, organize the pipeline, and overall a really solid CRM
