great tool for mass communication with clients
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create sequences that automate communications with a very large number of prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Have gaps for deal management, not as powerfull
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to communicate and follow up on emails - Hubspot automates it very nicely with its follow up tools and with sequence automation
Decent features, comprehensive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hubspot Sales is the Sequences function, which allows you to run automated marketing campaigns on a daily basis. You can customize what tasks you'd like the sequence to include.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit spacey and clunky. It could be modernized and consolidated a bit to make accessing data across pages easier. There is a pop-up window for viewing and editing contacts and accounts, which is convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to send off emails manually is a thing of the past as soon as you've set up and initiated your first sequence. It is simple to set one up on Hubspot with the drag-and-drop features.
A fantastic platform for CRM and Marketing needs, but comes at a cost...
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers a clean interface that makes it easy to navigate the CRM, switch to Marketing needs and connect it all together. The automation tools are fairly easy to use and the overall look and feel is very modern.
What do you dislike about the product?
They hide a lot of great funcationality behind a paywall that feels difficult to justify as a small business. The price precipice to get automated emails 12 automated email setup for a drip campaign is steep. For larger corporations, Hubspot makes total sense. For those looking to scale while small, it becomes much more difficult to justify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to sync our sales pipeline with our marketing pipeline so that we can work across both seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can review notes taken on those accounts as well as track the sequence of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems very clunky and easy to mismanage.

It is allowing us to keep a directory of our accounts
HubSpot Sales Hub is great for your business from top features like CRM and analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
I've found HubSpot Sales Hub to be comparable and sometimes cleaner than SalesForce when it comes to CRM organization, reporting/analytics, and the apps integrations are top notch. It fits into what I need every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I dislike this, but I think that it's often meant for smaller teams. I've worked at smaller companies using Hubspot Sales Hub and have felt like for a smaller crew it's much more effective with faster data input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me stay organized and on top of my business as a sales rep. I have tons of deals I need to work on and this just keeps it all cleaner for me and the CPQ component is lightning fast.

The APIs. They integrate with a lot of partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their service. Slow to respond. I would prefer a dedicated rep.

We need a better time date stamping process around our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the agile way the platform allows you to create customized structures for sales and marketing (if you add it to your suite of tools). I use it for tracking leads both outbound and inbound
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that the software does not seem scaleable for teams past a certain level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage all my prospects and funnel them to different team members. It benefits my team be being able to filter which leads will close quickest.

What do you like best about the product?
Being an all-in-one integrated system is one of the best advantages of Hubspot, along with analytics. Hubspot also boosts tracking & conversion, which helps create good forecasting for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot gets expensive too quickly, and its templates are hard to modify. Also, If you're not looking for an all-in-one integrated system for sales & marketing, Hubspot is not a great choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Analytics, Forecasting, Marketing, SEO and CRM - Benefits include tracking communication, reliability of data and marketing analytics have been amazing, it really vast & diversified.

Hubspot out of the box is ready to use and is customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is good about it is what is bad about it...It is easy to use but its not as flexible as similar products.

Managing activity with prospects- tracking, scheduling, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Sales Hub makes me far easier for me to track my listings of sales and contacts that I need to perform outreaches to. It streamlines information excellently!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to group and condense different lists of information better for allocation reasons. It is sometimes difficult to determine the status of where I'm at with a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is making my work and communications more efficient and clearing up any and every bit of excess data that is no longer relevant in my outreaches to customers and potential customers.
