Powerful automation

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hubspot sales has helped tremendously with tracking the onboarding funnel and engaging the customers via automated emails. Their APIs were easy to integrate with the app and offered a powerful synergy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price they charge is a little steep when you want to access more functionalities and use more automation. Some of the workflows for automation on the sales pipeline are also not felxible enough to suit all your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us keep track of all the clients in the onboarding funnel while contacting them with automated emails reminding them to finish the application for our product.

Makes tracking the sales cycle an absolute breeze

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to be able to track and assign tasks needed to guide our clients through our unique sales cycle. The tool can be customized to perform exactly what my team needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that almost everything has to be run through deals. I'd rather use the company page as the main identifier, but this is not really that big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves needing so many isolated tools to communicate, track, and forecast our sales needs. We have been able to consolidate 4 tools into just this one! And our close rate is increasing because of it.

A great (personal) CRM to start with

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Saleshub is easy to understand. I use it as my personal CRM. I have tried Google sheets, Airtable, etc. but a dedicated CRM is much better than using columns in a table. Their API's and limits are great to enable my custom workflows too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a lot that I dislike. I guess the primary criticism would be how a CRM designed for company / deal tracking does not work very great as a personal CRM. But nonetheless, there is not a lot to add here on how I use Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the use cases I use are:
- Identifying key personal contacts,
- Tagging them appropriately
- Highlights of last touch point and identity who I did not touch base with recently based on tags above

Amazing CRM Solution

What do you like best about the product?
It is like a human assistant for CRM. You can easily track your deals and your emails. You can quickly check your mailing history to recall any previous communications. It gives amazing reports so you can easily take necessary action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it has many features, it becomes confusing on the user interface side. It takes some time to get used to it. The user experience has some room to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with CRM needs, email tracking, campaign tracking and deal statuses. It also helps with team collaboration for marketing and sales teams. It increases the coordination between departments.

It can be hard to understand the workflows between contacts and companies but you get the hang of it.

What do you like best about the product?
I used the "Tasks" feature to keep my day organized and on track. It is most useful as a dashboard to ensure I optimize my day the best I can. I also use it to monitor my team's progress in hitting their KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be clunky sometimes and it is a process to transfer leads over between users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me stay on track and get the most out of my day. Also useful to measure my team's metrics using the reporting tools, especially in chart and graph form.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the instructions and community area to get help with set up and ideas for best use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I don't seem to be able to color code stages. Also, that stages and status are a little confusing as terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my prospects and being able to mass email campaigns to nurture clients.
