Great for growing businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub gives me one tool to work out of - I can send clients my calendar link, track activity, tie contacts and documents to deals, and understand who is viewing my documents. Great to have this all in one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, it can be slightly confusing to get used to - but you could say the same for all CRMs. Would love it to automatically recommend dupes as well which it currently does not.

Tracking activity.
Staying on top of clients and their requests.
Understanding who is working on what and what the history of interactions with a customer looks like.

Obvious choice for crm and sales
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the biggest crm service in the market and it easily shows the reason to it. Hubspot really helped us stay organized and control everything from one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is a little high if you want to user everything they provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues staying organized and process our deals and their customer support is the best

The task feature allows you to stay on top of follow-ups in a timely manner.

Sometimes emails do not log from the Gmail integration.

Hubspot a clean and simple way to display customer information
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean look and being able to click in and out of a company to deals and having information clear for me to find. Other companies' information is compact and can be overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Sometimes I click back on deals when I am in the account deal and it takes me to ALL the deals, but other than that the platform is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping the sale team stay on track and also helping them statistically track new leads. Our team also uses it to trigger inside processes within other platforms.
Excellent Sales Platform for B2B/B2C Management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to import, segment, and create/track lifecycle stages and customer journey's.
What do you dislike about the product?
You'll be limited to some features with the basic plan vs. enterprise.

We use this alongside marketing hub for a single platform that can handle all of our sales and marketing data/analytics
All your Sales tools in one
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the contact list of potential clients integrated into the email threads. Emails can be tracked if they were opened or a follow up is needed. I haven't used a lot of sales softwares but Hubspot satisfied my needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between business email and Hubspot email is glitchy. It doesn't use the same thread that email was sent using either Outlook or Gmail so following up with client become slightly disorganized

I used it to compile sales clients for my work. The comprehensive data helped me channel my priorities and focus on the important steps without losing site of the goals. It helped me gain tens of clients

What do you like best about the product?
It let's me organise my day and search for information I need. It integrantes with other tools I use and reduces time spent on manual tasks

Sometimes it does 't update all my Google emails or calls. Some filtering could be made easier

Simple Reliable Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The menus segregate all different types of activities and charts, all in a place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the data shown are not real-time and take a while to refresh.

It solves all the CRM issues. From creating reports to sending emails, from tracking contacts to logging closures.
Solid experience
What do you like best about the product?
Used hubspot a few different places, easy enough to admin and set up, no major gaps

Some flows from deals -> company later make integration more complicated than it needs to be at times

I like the 'Task' tool the most, i am able to keep track of all the people i am supposed to keep in contact with

Hubspot sometimes deletes contacts, not sure why?

It tracks the sales pipeline efficiently, keeping everything in one place. I like that i can add attachments to the deals
