What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, a complete software where you can follow all your work. An easy way to communicate with your colleagues if there are problems. Easy to look at some old work from old colleagues, even if there are not anymore im the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplicate leads are so annoying, because sometimes when you think to find a new company, it already exist but with an other link. So we are losing a lot of time with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without it, it could be very difficult to follow all your work, for example with paper it's impossible. You can follow everything, your work, your objectives. If you have a good management time you can save a lot of time with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps you organized, allows you to plan out your activity and track it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many features can be distracting to new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Last activity with a given contact. It provides me with the appropriate time to contact again.

Hubspot organization

What do you like best about the product?
I love the stages where I can put the cases I am working on and beign able to know exactly where I stopped with one due to the different locations. The checklists also help me be aware of what needs to be completed before passing the case to a new stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be an admin setting, but I dislike not being able to export data spreadsheets that I create for different companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I think that for the Sales Rep HS is fantastic, it is easy to handle the pipelines, and Tasks are an incredible tool that, using it wisely, can benefit the speed and continuity of the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the reports side, there are still many limitations; it would be nice to do a little math in reports to calculate the days of the sales cycle and more. Also, the multiple objects reports have filtering limitations to give good visibility to a specific rep.
Many times, the log of activities is manual, and it would be nice to have a better tool there.
We don't have the option to send automatic emails to clients going through the sales process unless these contacts are marketing contacts; we would like to set up transactional emails (no marketing) to see if this increases our conversion by being close to the clients during the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales way of working and having a single source of truth which allow us to measure performance and forecasting more reliably, secondly being able to log all the activities is a great plus.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature it provides for every aspect and moreover the free tutorials so that anyone can learn HubSpot from best teachers without paying anything
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot should give more options for extensions to make user experiece better, and with added extensions more things can be done in less amount of time

I have been using hubspot to make my workflow automated, make automated personalized email so to have a good relations with my clients

What do you like best about the product?
UI is the best, usage is easy. I really like the product because it gives me everything for the sales report. I have been using it 5 years and I am seeing improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think dislike properties. Everything is okay for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly report. I look at it and downloading is easy. And also I'm using every property. Pipeline management is cool, forecast management is very useful and easy.

Hubspot delivers on some many levels

What do you like best about the product?
For any non-enterprise organization Hubspot provides a clear, easy-to-use CRM with beefy add ons. Having worked with several other solutions, including Salesforce, I like the filtering capabilities for focusing on high-priority tasks, task management features, and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequencing leaves something to be desired. Restrictions on the number of contacts per Sequence enrollment slow outbound prospecting activity down. The process for de-duping could also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to organize my work, prioritize activities, and automate processes, and Hubspot helps on all three counts. Hubspot gives me a clear view of the customers and prospects I need to focus on and provides cross-platform collaboration with my team. Adding details notes on outbound activity deal progression and historic sales lets me ID what works, what doesn't, and how to optimize my approach.

Great for staying organized and being efficient

What do you like best about the product?
What is best to me is the way my contacts can easily be organized. I am able to quickly create tasks and put the date which they need to be done. I like how theirs is so much information but the platform makes it easy to search through. What is hard for me to use is the associations and the deals tab. Overall experience with the software is absolutely fantastic. I really don't have many complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides are you have to organized your tasks and there is not an easier way to automate tasks to be remade after I complete them. Clicking between deals and back to the contact can also get annoying. It would be easier if they were together in the same page. Nonetheless, there are very few bugs which is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is making it easy for me to looking through leads, call leads, and take notes as I am getting clients. It is helpful in meetings to have all the notes on the person laid out. It helps create conversations and is useful for my business needs.

Easy to use tools for fast workflow

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can change dispositions for my leads and that I can see which ones are worth pursuing. I can filter out my contacts and know that who I am calling will be worth my time and the company's!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like so much the fact that we can't see the data's timezone. It really affects me when calling and looking up the contacts area code on another site. This would be a great update!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of efficiency and easier workflow. It is quite easy to find a rhythm using the website's tools, and that squeezes the most out of hours worked throughout the day

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track all of my communication makes it very easy to drive sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little in terms of advance personalization. I want to be able to embed custom images that changes based on key properties without having to be advanced in HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were no problems that we needed it to solve.
