Easy and fun to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track all of my communication makes it very easy to drive sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little in terms of advance personalization. I want to be able to embed custom images that changes based on key properties without having to be advanced in HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were no problems that we needed it to solve.

I like the user friendly and didactic platform that allows to make your job more organized, visual and faster

Sometimes your computer gets slow because of the plataform, but it depends also on your type of computer model

The tracking and managment of leads of sales, sales assistant, online appointments, and sales analytics and data

Sometimes we have double data. It's frustrating to clean de data over and over again

An overview of the clients. It's very helpful to know the status MRR and activities.
Great for running cadences, easy to use!

I love that it is easy to use and allowes me to filter and organize my data for the best sales approach.

I do not like the difficulty of running reports.

HubSpot solves my pain of organizing my data, and tracking a full sale cycle from start to finish.

Being able to creat relevant lists for e-shots

Postcode search is virtually non existent

Being able to identify problems in conversion and also sales targets

It is well organized and lets me stay on track with my daily tasks and goals.

The mobile app doesn't have as much organization or accessible information.

It is taking away organization mistakes such as a contact getting lost.
Easy to navigate and keeps track of unresolved issues/responses
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps to manage emails received and responses with the information at your fingertips. It allows anyone with access to be aware of employee and customer responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one oversight is having to assign the order/ticket to yourself when opening the NEW ticket and again when navigating through the departments. Also, having to remember to refresh the screen between orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve the question, "did anyone respond to this email, or am I the only one who received it?" by allowing the one user to assign the order/ticket to themselves as it alerts the organization as a whole.

Loading times, complex log in if forgotten login details
