Amazing CRM Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very user-friendly. Highly customizable to each company's needs. I have used it across several verticals and was equally as impressed with each use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is when a feature crashes or the site goes down- rare!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS Sales is solving the need for data tracking through "generations" of reps in our sales org. It helps us to be more productive as an organization.
Easy to organize
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use that Hubspot provides in vetting, organizing, and creating task lists for me and my team. Assigning contacts to other team members is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the servers crash out of nowhere and, occasionally, I experience slow processing speed when moving between different pages on Hubspot. Also, sometimes when I create lists, it doesn't properly filter out all the categories I excluded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my job, volume is king. Hubspot makes it easy to track our outbound calls and deals that come from those calls. Without those metrics, we wouldn't be able to keep tabs on productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been adding products every single day! I just got back from inbound fest Hubspot show. Wow can't wait to see what comes next!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything interesting is behind a paywall. The fremium gets annoying

Managing our business
Great Platform and very Intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive platform. I love the forecasting tool and how easy the automation tools are. I also like how ROI is measured with Google Ads
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can run slow, especially the one's with multiple objects (like contacts, deals, companies)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deal flow and lead quality to see what converts and what our ROI is. It's also a great way to easily manage your sales team.
Hubspot has a great app!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the app for logging in tasks, emails, calls etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating automatic emails is a little difficult and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with my contacts.
helps organize my day and shows all the info i need to see easily

tasks page is customizable and editing the pages to best fit my work habits makes my day flow better between the tasks / to dolist
What do you dislike about the product?
some company exports are made as duplicates and isn't show right away results in some confusion

organizing and information all in one place makes calling easier and structuring my day is less stressful
Hubspot is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to integrate new leads from sourcing databases. The sales pipeline is clean, easy to read, and I love how management can easily track all team members' activity in one consolidated location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like our office is constantly dealing with glitches or downtime. I know your servers can only handle a certain amount of traffic, but it is frequently an issue at critical times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use spreadsheets of client info while we were a new company. As you can imagine, that had many limitations. With one click, we can integrate new lead data into our HubSpot and keep all notes in one consolidated location.
Its good for Sponsorship marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with gmail is best. It helps in tracking of emails and assign the task to team members for action. Marketing email also works good but have restriction of 2000 mails per month. Also many features are free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mass mail feature leads to spam inbox. Also template font work for marketing. You have to compose emails from scratch for each campaigns. AB testing and reporting is ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves connecting with all sponsors and tracking email communications with them. Task and video call can be scheduled easily. zoom integration is awesome to use.
Easy to navigate and powerful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I have created a very efficient workflow to ensure I stay on top of prospects. The CRM allows me to stay organized and prevent anyone from falling through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, multiple contacts get created for a single prospect. It can be confusing when I'm trying to update information on a particular opportunity. For example, this happens when a contact is automatically created when making a phone call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem being solved is the disorganization of my prospect list. The ability to consistently set tasks in a proper manner has led to great success in contacting oppurtunities.
Easy to use and more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is that it is really user-friendly and easy to configure easy to create reports and the filters are great so we have better visibility for our sales process and stale Deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
one thing that I feel is missing is the opportunity process is not user-friendly and another thing is missing is stale accounts. we have to manually look for stale accounts by looking into last activity date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its helping me to place all contacts, and companies at a single place and most important thing is that its sends Emails if I do not have activity in last 7 days on any deal, I can keep complete track of accounts and activity on those accounts
