Good email tracker and useful system integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the email tracker lives as a browser extension to be checked at any time
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the email tracking also tracked the ip of the opener of the email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to sync marketing and sales activities and track & log emails

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the UI and it is very easy to use for all the customer-facing executives be it sales, marketing, customer success, or any other stakeholders
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashabards can be improved with more charts, analytics can also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making sure all the contacts are being tracked, monitored, and served accordingly using the Hubspot sales hub
Al the information you need but a bit hard to understand

You can find all the information, no need to change from market to market every time

It's very hard to use, not that friendly

What I like about HubSpot is that it is easy and intuitive to use. Plus it is easy to integrate it to SalesForce or other CRM tools

Sometimes I need to go back to remembering how to do certain things

It is helpful to keep track of inbound communication

What do you like best about the product?
I love the multitude of things you can do with HubSpot: having contacts, calling, sending emails, proposing tasks, filtering the database, having a report on the day/week/month/year with collaborators!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are MANY things to do and to know. By leaving it in English, we might miss out on many interesting features because we don't know them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps to manage the databases and exploit them. If we had an internal database, we would have to calculate the statistics ourselves, plus we can have several different lists, so it is useful for good segmentation.
Hubspot is awesome !!

* Integration with other 3rd Party tools is a bit limited.

Great free CMR solution for small companies
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales has a very usable and completely free CRM solution for small companies to manage leads and sales funnel

Nothing, it has some basic and some more complex features, so it could take a bit of a learning curve for a newbie to set it up

THere are bugs that they are able to address and for some advanced features, you need other tools

A well architected CRM from a data scientist's POV.
What do you like best about the product?
The flagship objects and thier relationships are very clear. Companies, contacts, and deals. Makes it easy to wrap my head around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The in-app reporting system feels limited. I wish it were easier to get this data into my warehouse so I could build tools with my current BI stack. We use fivetran to pipe this data into PostgreSQL and onto Tableau to visualize.

It's a competitive CRM platform that would be difficult to go without.

Honestly, it's easy to use and cheaper than most solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is not organized enough especially to make reports/dashboards. If you need to do outbound with it, good luck; it's just not good and you won't be able to do a lot of volume fast

Helps to save my leads in the CRM and my inbound cycle. It's mostly benefiting marketing than sales
