What do you like best about the product?
Detailed information about companies around the globe.
Customer support is really good, and you can find that in many different languages.
The integration with different tools: zendesk or intercom for an example.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is sometimes very confusing; it is not clear where the functions are.
The mail integration and notification are a little bit annoying and could be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps by providing a lot of information to our sales team, and also provides a way to track our sales and review the metrics of our sales and support team related to sales.
The best tool ever to manage sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the sales Hub is Linked to my Gmail and my google calendar. Our leads can book meetings with us, and with automation, we created a workflow that creates a deal automatically when this happens. We also follow opportunities in a dedicated pipeline and use playbooks to ensure we don't forget to ask crucial questions during the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the forecast tool as I feel it's not as user-friendly as the other tools of the platform, and also feel like we should be able to add parameters for taxes that automatically populate the taxes fields on a quote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up on sales opportunities and automating prospecting actions.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot keeps things organized and has many organizational features which decrease errors and time spent. It's CRM is easy to use compared to other platforms also. It has good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very deep and complex. It has a lot of benefits that will help improve a company really well. The only way to integrate those solutions with your business is via the HS courses, youtube videos and forums. They do have a customer success team, but I believe I know more about the ins and outs of hubspot more than their customer success team. Their CS team will only help you with the basic but not engineer the platform to boost your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting is that we have less mistakes and errors. Decreae time speant making reports and updating an excel sheet. And also it's ioT features.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to find what I'm looking for quickly and easily. I can get contact info, recorded calls, emails, and texts. I love knowing how my day will go before it even starts. It gives me task reminders, pop-up notifications, and more for me to track my day and week!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit intimidating and has a steep learning curve to set up and adapt to our business needs but thankfully the customer service here is brilliant and they're always happy to assist. They are always a chat away and they ensure the query is handled with utmost care
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Customer success team was working out of a spreadsheet exclusively. Hubspot has helped us to move that to a more streamlined process that is very visible and provides significant transparency. We use it to track and manage our client interactions and pipeline. Task reminders mean we get reminders on who to call or meet next, and we can track all client interactions.

Its is easy to use and it is very convenient and i can easily have a check on my followups and the most i like about it is its filters they are lot of filters present in the hubspot app

the hubspot app is all good but what i think can make it more better is by adding time in followup if we want t call a cx at a particular time that time should be added.

As i have a lot of data to work on hubspot is helping me to divide the data with the help of filters i differentiate my data with callbacks, first call date and with so many other filters this helps me a lot

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like Hubspot's simplicity; almost anyone can pick it use the platform straight away. It's also excellent that it allows individuals who want to delve deep and really customise their experience to do so. My team was able to create consistent templates for our emails and landing pages, allowing us to focus on the content we are developing and distributing. Hubspot really scalable with you and delivers the tools you want as you expand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see some more functionality implemented, particularly monitoring of files and hits on landing sites. To truly complete the circle, Hubspot could collaborate with a firm like Waalaxy and incorporate similar functionalities into their platform as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I desired a centralised platform for managing the majority of my marketing approach. As a small marketing team, I don't have the time to switch between several platforms to construct landing pages, design and send emails, or track the effectiveness of my website. Prior to using Hubspot, we utilised a single system to send emails on occasion, had no landing pages, and didn't really assess our digital marketing effectiveness at all. I've been able to completely control our marketing within Hubspot and have a much clearer understanding of our previous and present stats. We were also able to find fresh pathways and high-performing campaigns to focus our efforts on.

It's got amazing filters which help us dial the right Customers which helps us in increasing sales performance.. Also we have options like private and public views As per our convenience

Sometimes it is slow.. But manageable so far so good............. ..... L
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has the best filters ever.. And it has multiple tabs where we create our own private view and put on the filters and save it.. Which is amazing as anytime I need to dial that particular filter I just have to open the saved view and start dialing.. Which has greatly increased my productivity..
