HUBSPOT Experience
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best CRM I have used. I have never been able to manage my data in any CRM before as efficient as I do in Hubspot. Hubspot views and filter allows me to identify and rectify my data to create more productivity on a daily basis
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downsides that I have encountered in hubspot apart from logging out on its own
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping in creating a good parametric index regarding daily inputs which is helping us to identify how to plan our day and week accordingly and how much KRA is required

You can check all the information of a contact, track all the previous calls and mails activity or their current status. Very easy to use and check all the information
What do you dislike about the product?
For my personal use if have put teh task for something so i need a place where i can check all the tasks that i have created, or how many i have completed already. Basically i can segregate them according to the dates or activity,
In contacts options as well if we do have other activity options to segregate the leads for more detailing.

Helping in taking proper follow-up, plus you can track which source is working good for you,

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting capabilities from an activity level and also seeing how your email templates are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit of digging to find something you need but HubSpot's support team is always super helpful in case you get stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing us to have visibility into our pipeline and being able to understand our sales cycle in detail.

Making sure I don't lose track of a prospect.

Not being able to sequence multiple contacts at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tasks the best. I would be lost without these. They are an excellent simple way to stay organized for what each customer needs and to organize my day according to what is most important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how minor details can prevent you from creating a new contact. For example, if someone puts in email.cm instead of email.com, it prevents you from making a contact for them and takes more time to fix the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever it is going slow and not loading, I appreciate how quickly HubSpot is on it and the alerts explaining what the support team is doing and how long it should be before it is up and running.
Using HubSpot is a really great companion for a user in helping a business to grow.
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the feature on the Revenues; it automatically saves it just by entering the 'enter' button, even if you're not clicking the 'save' button below.
What do you dislike about the product?
I probably wouldn't say I like it when you're opening a new tab, and you stay there for a few minutes and return from the first tab. You open it, and it automatically refreshes itself, and you can no longer keep track of what you previously opened because it changes the whole list after it refreshes itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can probably say that when you are trying to reach a person or company, you don't have to locate their email manually and create an email because I noticed that HubSpot Sales Hub has a feature on when it detects that the email is not opted out or bounced it automatically sends a templated email which allows you to save time, and which is very convenient!
Love HubSpot for managging the CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM function inside of HubSpot is above all competitors, and the innovation that they have to continue serving our company's needs by creating new systems and processes is top tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is such a highly used software for our company and we push it to its limit with use and request for more integration, it can have some crashes from time to time. Most often with RingCentral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us manage 10,000 nurses and getting them jobs all over the country.
Aesthetically Pleasing
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep everything clean and organized. I can put all types of reminders to help me keep on track
What do you dislike about the product?
All the notifications seem a bit much, other than that all is good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminders and keeping up to date with our accounts. I can't emphasize how much I use it and have clear picture of what is going on.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences, tasks, and email tracking are all super helpful for my sales peers and me. We are excited how transparent the system is and how easy to use. Previously we used another system and it was just a mess, now, our data is up to date and sales efforts are paying off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's very hard to navigate between all the email threads that are connected to the person. It feels like there should be some improvement.

HubSpot sales Hub helps us send bulk sales emails to users, have an easy connection to LinkedIn SN, use deals and report on all the sales processes.
