What do you like best about the product?
Streamlined communication with customers. Easy to use and track engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences- cannot mass re-enroll when have hit HubSpot limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing our company clientele. Tracking communications and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
All the data is there in one hub, and it is easy to do all manner of contact through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always easy to access. For example, to change an email when a contact's email changes, requires multiple steps, whereas Salesforce it is all on one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a single place to put contacts and reach out to contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great! Its very easy to use and helps me keep track of all my incoming leads/deals.

I wish I could paste images on templates!

What do you like best about the product?
I always struggled to keep my contacts updated and to track conversations and offer. HubSpot makes me sleep happy now 😊
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much for the moment. I am a little afraid of needing to pay more but if my business grows, I will be happy to upgrade

Most Pertinent Information At My Fingertips

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to filter and sort the information that I input in several different ways. Quickly navigating to a client's phone number, email, or lead status is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different tiers of service for HubSpot can be frustrating. My company initially signed up for the free version. Then we had to upgrade. Then there is yet another upgrade after that. It would be nice to sign up for a flat rate that includes all of the interfaces at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a platform that keeps all communication between the office and our clientele is a huge problem solver. When someone is out of the office, I can easily see where a conversation left off with a client.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you to build custom templates, sequences, and reports to learn what works best. Their support is generally very helpful and they integrate with a number of other sales tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to let the data get a little out of control (duplicate companies for example) and difficult to clean it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot keeps everything in order so that our outreach is organized

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot deal stages customization, it enable me to redesign opportunity stages to suit my company service.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user of hubspot sales, I think not being able to attached document with email through the mobile apps is my dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot help our sales team to analyze individual and team performance, review overall business performances and also to engage, manage, customers portfolios.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hubspot is how easy it is to track down the sales process with new leads and clients!
Getting to know when your client/lead is checking your email is a powerful tool in your hands!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact I can not change the information for the contacts, and that certain information that the lead includes on the form will not upload automatically into the leads profile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and following up with my leads, it takes a big load of work from my back, making my day a more productive day

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub helped me build a strong pipeline and is now helping our business a lot as we're able to turn those leads into customers. I really love the feature where the app reminds me with my appointments for the day, it helps me organize my day ahead of time. Kudos and well-done, team! I highly recommend HubSpot Sales Hub for businesses out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
All good. All features are really helpful. I'm just looking forward to more exciting features in the future. It just freeze sometimes tho, I think that only happens when you guys have a system update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I used to miss some of my appointments, but now with HubSpot Sales Hub, it already has a setted reminder and there's an option for you to set how frequent you want to get notified.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other CRMs, the Hubspot UX/UI is great and easy to navigate around in. I also like how it easily integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fathom, Docusign, and other widgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the sales engagement analytics were more robust for the email sequences. Also wish there was a better way to do A/B testing for different email sequences. It would also be nice to get notifications on a hot lead for Activities, i.e. if someone opened an email X amount of times. Although I do like the new feature where you can sort your Task Lists out into different categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping me organize our customers, prospects/leads, etc., and making it really easy to follow up them. Without this, our contacts would be all over the place. Hubspot makes this super easy.
