What do you like best about the product?
Can create emails quickly and efficiently, with lots of nice tools to personalise quickly too. Can create automated workflows and pipelines which helps improve processes. Task functions also great for keeping up with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to insert things quickly into templates, or colours change in the sentences if paste etc. Marketing emails often get flagged as spam for clients, but Hubspot easily lets us know, so we can follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send out a large amount of emails, personalised and quickly. I can be notified if emails go to spam so have tasks to follow up on people who may not have received the info they need.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does a great job organizing tasks with relevane and activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish recording calls was easier on their app and that you could sort activity based on company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's difficult to keep track of clients when multiple people are working on them. Hubspot streamlines this process and provides visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitiveness of sequences. Easy to use. Creates tasks automatically to ensure you're on top of your game for reaching out to leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX is clunky and dated. Definitely think an overhaul of it all would be good. Major downside compared to other CRMs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my tasks for each qualified lead. Ensuring that I'm on top of my game for reaching out to MQLs. Definitely made me more productive in my workflow.

HubSpot: Easy & Organized

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the aspects of Hubspot that I've used so far. Using the Deals section to keep track of Sales is easy when I can assign tasks for myself not to forget. Using the Templates section is my favorite part, as I can customize and personalize my email templates to keep my emails nice and organized for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've noticed is not being able to set up client payments to accept multiple deposits/payments over time. I can only take one payment from a client and manually set up the next payment. But this is easily overlooked, so I'm satisfied with my experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't noticed any specific problems that have been solved, as I'm still relatively new to the software this year. But I haven't experienced anything that urgently needed solving.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use and navigate. I think that is my favorite part about using it.

The only thing I wish I could understand better is how to use the reports section.

Easy Platform to Help You Organize

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is very user-friendly and easy to learn. As a former teacher, I thought it would be much more difficult, but the training videos and ease of use all came very quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes long outages that make it difficult to get calls and emails done, but I'm not sure if Hubspot can really do anything about that. It also sometimes says that a person has clicked on/opened an email and they definitely didn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are definitely making it easy to organize, especially with their Lists feature. Their Templates feature also makes it easy to craft emails and see how users are engaging.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that make your work easier by giving they give you the possibility of carrying out the necessary integrations to achieve better results and they also advise you and train you at HubSpot academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really bothers me so far, because any questions or problems I have you always solve quickly and efficiently.

You provide the tools to keep track of your potential customers, from the moment they enter your website, during the purchase process, to later help achieve customer loyalty, and solve the problem of having all customer information in one place
