HubSpot is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been essential to our sales team! We love that we can build customized sales outreach sequences that send automated emails and keep us on top of our follow-ups!
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot has gone down a few times and prevented us from being able to see our daily tasks and stopped all automated emails from being sent. However, this has only happened a few times, and they have quickly resolved the issues when it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped our team stay organized and has prevented us from missing any necessary follow-ups with potential customers. Without it, I am sure our team wouldn't be as organized!
Decent only wish there were not so many errors.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the tasks. The tasks are a great feature. As a salesperson, you know exactly what you need to do as soon as you open up your computer and get to work in the morning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of downtimes, and sometimes you spend time entering information on a prospect only to come in the next day, and the information is gone due to an error in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Hubspot is solving is follow-ups. The features in Hubspot allow me to follow up with prospects promptly eliminating chances that fall through the cracks.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a handy tool to track prospects through the sales cycle. Spending just a little time learning how it works makes things a lot easier and more organized
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I've found so far that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my prospects organized. Integration with RingCentral is also very useful
Clear road for success
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of tracking and visibility of the platform. It's effortless and easy to set up priorities and filters for client profiles and KPI Dashboards and checking out your current tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
All the filters and rulesets takes a while to figure out on what they do. But when you do figure out how to apply the necessary filters it only takes five seconds and you're done with it/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of things. Keeping track of metrics. Tasks, clients and Priorities. My previous problems were really on making sure I keep my pipeline clean and focused and the way hubspot optimizes how you handle tasks and the filters makes it simple
Great except for the quote builder - not enough customization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of sequences, tasks, and the timing behind executing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot stand the quote builder. It is not flexible and causes confusion for clients.

It helps keep in contact with prospects and current clients and allows me to scale my efforts.
User experience on Hubspot Sales Hub is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequencing section, the meeting section and also how hubspot makes it easy to organize sales deals
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how long it takes for contacts to be imported
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting closer to prospect was always an issue, with hubspot we could schedule automated emails and tasks to keep up with prospects activities
Good CRM, Could have been Better
What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard of Hubspot is apt. Also, the quality of the UI is Good. It could have been better if the UI was User friendly. Calling is pretty smooth but it doesn't have an option to Transfer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many steps to upload a simple data file, and Also no way to track duplicate buyers and contact. There should be a cleanup option, which should auto-populate and give us the option to delete the duplicates. Can get call transfer option and Incoming call service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it Segregates all the Buyer leads we get, Also the email notification is helpful. Email templates also make life easier with customization options. The dashboard is super sleek and gets accurate data.
An all-in-one intuitive solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is a solution that adapts to our organization – we're a small team, so we don't need some of the features that HubSpot offers, so whenever they suggest us to try something, it's a thoughtfully suggested feature that can make our processes better. Also, as a beginner in Sales, I love their learning hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot reporting took some time for me to figure out. Other than that, I don't see big issues that create hurdles in the sales process. Thanks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging sales activities, keeping track of the leads and deals, showing activity reports, sending custom templates. The Google extension rocks!
Better than SAP 🤌
What do you like best about the product?
It combines the functionality of Wordpress, Mail Chimp, and SEO tools like Word Tracker under one roof. If you don't know anything about web development or design and prefer having everything under one roof in a simple drag-and-drop format for creating landing pages and email templates, Hubspot is probably a good fit for you. I've integrated it with our Salesforce instance so that salespeople can enroll leads and contacts in drip campaigns and receive intelligence (website visits, form fills, downloads, and so on) directly in their Salesforce view, love it!!
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING! For real tho! HubSpot offers everything I could ask for and more! Wish there was a way to pin multiple notes at once. Wish that notes written in tasks could be searchable in CRM searchbar. Regular notes are searchable but not tasks. Search function in conversations should be more accurate, often times it pulls irrelevant data/name/phrase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It combines analytics, a contact database and email service, a content management system, and SEO tools into a single package. The advantage of combining all of these elements with the Content Optimization System is that you can deliver personalized, contextualized content to all of your contacts via a variety of channels. Can customize just about anything. All the naming mechanisms are custom and very quick to update. I had weekly meetings with a Hubspot rep that helped me figure out how to navigate the system. I'd tell them to wish list items, and they'd tell me how to accomplish this. This came with our subscription. They also have a training video or article for just about anything you would want to do in the system. Custom quotes are awesome. I was able to fully customize this with our branding elements, and there's a service, like DocuSign, you can use for digital signing. Essentially, you just need to put in a company website, and the system will automatically fill out all the prospect information (city/state/logo). Sequences - you can set prospects up for an email campaign. Once they reply, they're automatically taken out of the campaign. You are able to set all of your emails up ahead of time for specific dates / times. Ability to tag people in your notes. I am able to tag my boss in notes and he gets an email about it You can get granular with workflows. Example: if they're in x sales stage, all prospects will get an email on x day. Or 'active prospect last contact was more than 30 days ago,' a task will automatically be created. - I have the ability to set all of this up. The calendar booking is a neat feature - I don't currently use it though. Mass upload of contacts was really easy. You just need an excel sheet. Every email is tracked unless you choose otherwise. I get a notification every time someone opens my email if they click on links or open attachments. It's nice to use this even internally.
The best All-round Sales & Marketing CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The automation is huge. The sequences are key for me to follow my day-to-day tasks and keep on top of my sales pipeline. As well as that, being able to track specific groups of leads by tagging them or adding them to lists makes it so easy to report on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the integrations - with Zoom info for example. Not all of the information gets pulled through making it tedious to manually create leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of an unclear and ambiguous workflow. With HS Sales Hub I am able to have my daily tasks lined up for me at the start of every day, with certain task being prioritised.
