I enjoy how organized the site is
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using this tool for prospecting and the ability to stay organized and being able to keep a balanced work flow each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site is down so it interferes with my work day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have issues with keeping track of work flow and hubsales keeps everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The tracking capabilities and automation. We can pretty much do everything the our sales and marketing organization needs on Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be better texting integration capabilities and there are some minor features missing, but nothing is a major dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, tracking customer conversations/engagement data, automated engagement via drip marketing, task assignment, etc. It does everything!
User Friendly and Efficient Experience for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I think the task feature and the reports dashboards are things that help me the most. Other than that, I think being able to send out sequences is a vital feature to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there seems to be a lag every time I use Hubspot. Sometimes it is worse than others but it can be bad and force our entire sales team to stop calls and outreach for however long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub solves issues like the organization of our contacts and companies. I also mentioned all the reporting and how useful that can be to help with our time management.
Very easy to use with many capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to organize my day. I can jump into companies, deals, contacts with ease. It gives me great visibility into my day. It seems to integrate with most lead generating tools and saves you time on getting leads in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I do not dislike. It would be good if it could automatically open your contacts in a additional tab. You can right click and open in new tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me visibility into what our team is doing. It also allows you to make organize your day and be consistent with follow up and first contact.
Very Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to use! The platform is self-explanatory even if you haven't done the Hubspot training (which I highly recommend).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to get LinkedIn statistics automatically synced. That can be a bit of a tedious process as it stands right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An efficient way to contact all my leads and stay organized so as to have the most productive sales process possible!
SDR experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hubspot gives you the tools to work smarter and not harder. The sequence templates have truly saved me SO much time. This is the first CRM I have used, I would not want to use anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel communication could be improved between the website and the mobile app. When assigned specific tasks for the day, I realized I had already completed the task at hand on the website, although on the mobile app, it shows that I still needed to finish that task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data reporting is critical for my field of work. We can accurately track and manage our customers in the most effective way possible!
HubSpot has been great during my sales experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has made sequencing and turning my cold leads into warm and hot leads day-to-day. I've used other platforms for selling before, and HubSpot has beaten all expectations I had of it! The ability to do everything I need to under one platform has been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have come to dislike is the tendency for the software to go down every week and make it to where I can't perform my tasks as needed. This is a tiny problem as Hubspot is usually quick to fix the error, usually less than 20-30 minutes an occurrence

Hubspot help bring all of my sales organization under one roof and allows us to spend more time paying attention to our customers and not our organization. gives us the ability to pay more attention to our sales goals and metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we are all able to collaborate as a team in a virtual environment and how we are able to ensure we provide our customers with an excellent experience as we are always in the know.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool needs some work - clarity on how to eliminate duplicated records would be ideal. Also, the platform seems to freeze or have random issues every few weeks. This is a major disruption when sales representatives are using the platform to make calls.

The ability to keep all customer data at hand, the ability to send emails automatically

Processes are not immediate, to understand how it works you need to do some testing.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated emails, integrated email tracker. The sequences are decent. I like that it tells you when an email has bounced globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't integrate well with a lot of other technologies. Can be glitchy. You have to also stay very organized, its very easy to lose accounts by forgetting to create a task. The reporting/dashboards are also glitchy/ not always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates a lot of the little things that can slow down your day.
