What do you like best about the product?
Easy to assign tasks and track progress on bulk emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to track individual email template open rates and click rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach to multiple organizations is easy and the ability to create custom lists is beneficial for best practices.

Super happy with HubSpot - easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to navigate in, and it is easy to understand how I should work in it to maximize the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike about Hubspot. When I've had questions to the support, they have been Supergood, quick to respond if I wonder about certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for me to build workflows around our TCP leads. Automating processes to target leads in a easy and a good way.

What do you like best about the product?
You can input all client data and information in one spot
What do you dislike about the product?
That it allows you to enter multiple accounts instead of it stopping you to enter one.

It solves the miscommunication and lack of organization among the clients we assist

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot platform and integrations with marketing tools and other programs is profound.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downfall is the price point when adding contact lists that exceed the initial pricing range of 1000. The price increase for 1-2k contacts creates a drastic price increase that becomes prohibitively expensive for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An all in one sales and marketing CRM that integrates with nearly every other platform available, either natively or via API.

Hubspot is a middle of the road CRM that covers the basics

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot covers the basics needs. The navigation is pretty user-friendly and covers the things that it needs to. I like the grid view of clients and the ability to move them around easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of complexity within HubSpot is disappointing. They seem to nickel and dime on each additional service, such as the use of their dialer system. It is challenging to get analytics on performance. The task system feels somewhat disjointed and I have a hard time knowing what I need to focus on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to hold the information of all our clients and talks well with other softwares. Hubspot has helped us get visibility into who we are working with and where they're at in the process. I'm also loving the Google email integration!

What do you like best about the product?
Deal dashboard and Navigating through tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike in the deal dashboard view I can not save my view. Everytime I Click it it defaults to entire team.

Time management, and communication with customers and leads.

I would like to be able to have auto responders sent from this site instead of using another website.

UI is pretty user friendly and integrations are plenty

Reporting specifically as it relates to revenue projections, segmentation or attributes, and sales KPIs

downtime due to errors and call quality has gotten much better since I'd used previously

What do you like best about the product?
Enjoy the ability to integrate with other apps, however this can be challenging and is widely unsupporte by Hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the lack of setup assistance and support despite a hefty setup fee
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead intake and pipeline management - less robust than other pipeline solutions we have used in the past

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows us to track our customers easily without much setup. Even with a standard plan, we're able to effectively manage our customers and give enough support to our sales team to work the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation through HubSpot can take too many clicks for my liking sometimes. I would prefer if everything was more accessible and less clicks for working each client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our growing database, making sure all information is current. Sharing client details with other members of our teams is extremely useful especially in our sales/development cycle.
