Best experience in terms of tracking your sales opportunity with Hubspot, I strongly recommend
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is it's a single platform where it connects you with everything to scale your business. Most people compare it with Salesforce but I must tell you this is the best CRM any other. Hubspot is easy to use and its implementation is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love this CRM software it helps me to achieve my target in many ways, so there are no such things to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working in cloud sales, it's helping me to achieve my target and helping me to deliver best in class customer experience in one place. Hubspot has the best task management, desktop integration, customer contract management , product and pricing management, etc. Hubspot gave me the best platform to track all the sales opportunities and customer database wherein you can easily convert your opportunity into closure.
Hubspot has made managing customers super easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the task oriented feature so I don't have to remember to email or call people
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to run payments through here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow us to easily work with our sales team and trasfer customers between account owners

What do you like best about the product?
You can see all interactions from the contact / user in the past including what your team has done to reach out and nurture the lead as well as what the contact has done to self-educated and communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the functions are hard to get used to. There are specific ways to do things in HubSpot that are not very intuitive. User experience could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't get any newsletters or updates from HubSpot, so I do have to go out of my way to learn what changes they are making. I am not sure what they are updating or changing as a result of this.
The best CRM of today.
What do you like best about the product?
The business views section has improved quite a bit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API is somewhat poorly documented, and connecting it with other services is not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have the sales force of several companies within the group unified.

I sometimes find HubSpot a little complex especially with regards to creating automation.

The combination of HubSpot's intuitive UI (for tasks, activity, company/contact management, etc.) with their workflows tool.

Sometimes critical features are locked behind an upgrade that can be cost prohibitive for smaller companies.

Primarly, HubSpot is helping us unlock improved growth through our sales outreach and funnel/pipeline management.
easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I am using it to follow my sales pipe and also using sales dashboard. hose are really easy to set up and use. the dashboard are very easy to forecast the sales funnels
What do you dislike about the product?
i am not really seeing any point that i dislike for the usage that i have. i am also not using it for the crm and for mass mailing. so just a simple usage somehow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is easy to do some forecast with the sales funnel and track the progress of sales developement. i generate the quotes using pandadoc and send them through the app
Hubspot is game changing
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable it is and that each user can have the app working and laid out as they okease

Not much really it does everything we need and more

We can now manage prospect, cusotmer and partner data all in one place. We have our pipelines efficiently managed and are reportable in many ways. We have with minimal experience set up some pretty slick automatiins
Easy to use for tracking customers
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to find a contact and you can set up the exact view that you want on the left hand side of the screen
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to find a contact because there's not a general search bar at the top and also you cannot always see the properties that you want to see right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the email tracking part of my work- no need to do anything on Gmail and also helps save time because it can notify you when a candidate opens a message, so you don't need to check
