HubSpot gets it done
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to learn and use --- not a lot of frills but enough to get the job done

Good customization for sales process and stages and the ability to automate workflows is extremely helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Well, you can control everything in your pipeline. Task, meetings, calls, history, activities, mount of the deal. You can prospect from the CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Interesting question; there are some countries you can not call from the platform. So you have to use some extra tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
wow, one of the biggest problems that Hubspot sales hub helps me to solve is the order on my pipeline of business, the metrics, and the remains of my task. So I benefit from more closing deals.
Hubspot has everything in one product.

I like sequences and the reports generated by all the activity performed on HS
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to click on many tabs to execute certain actions or to get specific information. I think the platform should be more customizable.

To keep information organized and that all activities are trackable

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to track my performance and communication on different networks and offers me a clear view of my team members' activities in a single dashboard for easy analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a business has a very complex sales process, the CRM might not be able to adjust to the requirements. The reports HubSpot provides does have plenty of useful data, particularly if you are using the free variation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is adamant that the CRM will be free forever. I can also have unlimited users, which is excellent if I want to include multiple departments. Other CRM tools can charge per user, which adds up if you have large teams accessing the platform.

Compared to other tools, Hubspot is very easy to use and set up.
It has a ton of useful features and can easily be integrated with other tools our company uses. Our own team can maintain ig without having to go through the IT team or an integrator

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot needs to do better on managing locations and plotting them on a map. This is the only feature it misses to take out other major players in the industry and become the obvious #1 choice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it daily to keep track of our customers interactions and sales. A whole sale cycle can be conducted through Hubspot from anywhere in the world without having to install anything on our devices
Easy to use, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like of Hubspot is the flexibility of the platform for different projects and scopes. Its not only a B2B Crm tool as some people may think.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in reallity. It constantly delivers new features with the new versions that surprise me. What I find the most interesting about, is the scope of integrations it has.

Pipeline visibility, weighted analysis, attributes correlation as an input to predict forecasting models, insights to reduce CAC and OPTIMIZE investments in marketing and product
Good CRM once you tailor notifications to your needs
What do you like best about the product?
You can keep better track of your customer interactions: Record conversations and have them AI transcribed, you can also add notes to the calls and the team can get to know that the customer was contacted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes notifications get a little bit too much, however once you handle them and set them up according to you your team's needs, they become handy.
It does take a learning curve to use but is way simpler than other CRMs

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub Spot has helped us because we are very departmentalized, and interactions with customers can be better tracked with HS. Better lead handling and better customer care overall.

None come to mind immediately, I am completely satisfied with my experience.
