Sales Hub has all the tools you need!

What do you like best about the product?
Whether you need task automation, sequencing, or automated deals, Sales Hub has everything a sales person (or even a marketing person) needs to close more deals!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think its a matter of something I dislike but more about the things I have yet to take advantage of - which I am sure I will over time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal automation, task automation, managing multiple pipelines at once

Overall a great product but with some key missing features

What do you like best about the product?
I do like that there is a very robust free service that allows teams to get an understanding of how valuable a CRM can be without having to make a massive commitment. I also feel that it is one of the better looking CRMs on the market
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several very basic features that are availible on other CRMs that Hubspot is missing. Namely there is no way of seeing how long a deal has been in a stage in terms of days. additionally we have had issues with recording revenue on contracts without exact end dates which is most of our business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The frequent updates have solved many QoL issues. That being said many of those are issues that are not present in other CRMs i've worked on so i can't think of many unique issues that HS has solved

Fantastic marketing platform for Sales users

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an easy to use platform that makes it clear and concise for the Sales executive. With the Marketing influence, it keeps both departments engaged and focused on the same goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integrations to simplify our process, but I love all of the updates that are in place. The campaign update will help us a lot moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish there was more link sharing available for the meeting setup. Something on a marketing basis instead of only sales. If we were able to generalize it into groups we could gain more exposure then for it to just go with one person.

Tracking emails and sending present emails!

Nothing! It is a great platform that I use everyday

Helping solve with organization as well as tracking. Keeping me in line with my deals!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and get people on it right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is lacking at times. Sometimes the data is hidden in the background but can't be reportable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a good look into deals and the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy way to keep track of what is happening in the world of my accounts. It helps me share info with my colleagues that work on shared accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the option to pin more than one file/note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows organizational history/individual sales rep knowledge to be kept in one place that future reps may access. It helps with continuity.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a sometimes overwhelming amount of features and possibilities. Tasks and meetings are excellent and very user-friendly. The ticket system has provided some amazing efficiencies for Customer Experience teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot updates have snuck up on my team, and I would love to be more in the know when things are going to change dramatically for training purposes. We also struggle with our live chat, sometimes having a mind of its own and chats coming through unanswered because our rep is marked as away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between remote employees and territory sales reps. It has improved our level of service and ability to handle escalated situations. We love having a good paper trail for interactions!

What do you like best about the product?
Recently, I asked my team how they liked using Hubspot after our 5 year anniversary. One team member said...with our growth, I can't even imagine what we would do without Hubspot. We transitioned easily from sales force to all things Hubspot and we love it! Thank you, Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the updates don't apply to all industries. They should be optional. I also do NOT like that you can't really report on line items. That is one of the reasons we have 2 other companies connecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are delivering timely communications to clients. Templates allow us to save time and communicate accurately one on one. Our fast processes have contributed to business growth through recommendations.

A great solution to begin visualizing your sales deals

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub allows us to see what deals or opportunities we have currently. Before HubSpot, we had no true way of tracking deals. Everything was done in our ERP as quotes - but no way to see potential to close, dollar amounts or anything else. While some improvements are necessary, it's been great to have. Adoption has been ongoing as we incorporate multiple types of sales opps within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Included with HubSpot Payments, it doesn't incorporate taxes or discounts well into the sales amount within the deal or payments. Would like to use and adjust labels on connected objects better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deals so our ownership can see opps and potential revenues and for accountability for our sales teams. We have been more productive in the last full year of adoption (only half of sales team is using it).
