HubSpot keeps me organized and helps track sales deals more efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has an intuitive interface that allows for some customization as well. The software seems very streamlined and enables me to save time because of the layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot has some limitations when it comes to the quotes or proposals that are generated. Making changes to existing quotes or even deleting and replacing them results in autopopulated entries that are difficult to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking potential deals and pipeline management are made much simpler because of the way HubSpot automates the proposal, value proposition, and closing stages with a level of customization that makes sense for the company.
Hubspot is a user friendly CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hubspot is the huge library of helpful guides. If I don't know how to create something on the platform, I can quickly go to their guides which helps me create something in a matter of minutes. If you are new to using their CRM platform, their guides are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the platform is that the tabs aren't as intuitive. Sometimes I feel like the tabs in the menu are misplaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping me create a full story of my prospects. I can take a lot of notes which enables me to provide a full story of my prospects for my manager.

What do you like best about the product?
Most useful is being able to see everything all in one place. By everything I mean every contact conversion, every conversation, and every deal all in one spot on the contacts page
What do you dislike about the product?
Just not as widely adopted yet so you do need to take time to onboard new hires. Luckily Hubspot has a good library of content designed to help with this process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to cover website, marketing, sales, and reporting all in one space. Our entire uses it to maintain and monitor our pipeline and revenue goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Ilike the recent updates to Sales Hub, especially the improvements to automation and reporting. The tools feel faster and more intuitive, and it’s easier to track deals and follow up with leads

More customized dashboard for reporting

Save a lot of time and I never miss my follow-ups.
Friendly CRM for Business Users
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily figure out all the features by myself without relying on our IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio calls are not auto-recorded and require manual recording every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team to manage most of the Customer-related data in one place and collaborate with our colleagues with ease.
if you run the free version it will be very frustrating

the free version has the essential features to run a CRM, but is nothing more than a spreadsheet would provide,

everything that is interesting is in the paid version, I can see why anybody would use the system in the free version.

the idea here is to work with the sales funnel, but it has a lack of features, when you work with the gsuite, from google

What do you like best about the product?
Using sequences, reminders to follow up. I also know what my customers are reading and engaging with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things don't save and I need to go back and resave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is the number one thing. I also like to be reminded to follow up with my many activities.
Using HupSpot for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
It's organized and tells you what tasks you have due for the day, past dues, overdue, etc. You get the hang of it once you know how to use HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get tasks I have no idea about, or it repeats tasks that I finished earlier in the day. The order of the tasks is not always safe to rely on or is organized in a logical way. I'd recommend maybe ratings your tasks based on how urgent and important they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with bringing up tasks I need to complete. I don't have to write down my tasks unless they are important because HubSpot doesn't list your tasks on how important they are.

Nothing at all to be honest, everything runs good beside the duplication of accounts
