Not as good as Zendesk
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very easy to use and to set up. The customer care is very helpful. Also do not need to invest much money to have a good service and options. I recommend it
What do you dislike about the product?
They could improve the tickets area (for my clients). They do not have much options to customize as Zendesk, I think that is a point in which Zendesk wins them. Also they ask for higher prices than they should be asking. They are also deleting subdomains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only to assign cases to the right direction. I would like if they add more options to the panel. I'm are more productive, but not as I expected at first. Good support
Great way to organize leads
What do you like best about the product?
It serves as a great database of leads and customers, we can register the deals making it a central database for our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, as a first-time user the layout is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves me best as an AE to have an overview and record the progress I am making in my pipeline.
I am very satisfied with the way the sales deals are organized

All contacts, companies and deals are easy to find and able to be worked on by many different people and people can easily work together on tasks and different companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot seems to be still a young company - sometimes connections to other software are being disconnected or the integration with linkedIN is still not fulfilled yet and that is for most companies an important point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All connections to other social media platforms are being worked on which will help many companies to even use Hubspot more and hence Hubspot will gain more companies.

It's pretty intuitive. We are able to do mass uploads and plenty of customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compatibility issues with Mac Outlook users is an issue.

We are able to track our progress and keep good record on past activities.

Easy to connect with other applications.

Sometimes, it doubles tap tasks, kinda annoyed with that part.

What do you like best about the product?
By using HS, communication within the company has improved massively. Not just the fact that you organize your own taks, but that you can mention other people within the organization in them so that the whole team is fully up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
HS is mainly for the sales teams, when talking about admin, our tasks have to be much more analytic. Although, as an operations manager, I found the analytics tool amazing

You can keep all the info within the system and recover it in a very easy way at the moment you need it (snippets, templates...)

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot. It's extremely versatile, you can get so creative with it to make sure this perfectly aligns with your Sales Process. And if you're not sure what to do, the community is full of experts that are happy to share their knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you had a straightforward abandoned meeting link tracker and owner assignment system by region! That would help avoid very tedious and complicated workflows. I also wish the integration with ChargeBee was deeper and more reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub helps consolidate all you need to follow a clear and homogenous Sales Process across a team. I love how easy it is to create sequences and empower the team to launch their own campaigns, the open and click rate dashboards are a game-changer.

Nothing as such as of now, will let you know if any.

List making, sorting, data checking, integration

I like how easy Hubspot is to use and how often I get updates.

It could be a little more simple to put people in queues and sequences.

It integrates easily with other applications like slack and dialers. Getting real-time updates on new leads through slack is great.
Great tool, room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the different features Hubspot offers such as sequences, templates, and different filters!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Hubspot can be a bit glitchy and doesn't allow you to do a few things I would like to see such as sequencing with only a phone number regardless if there is an email.

It allows outreach to be done more efficiently.
