Hubspot is super user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the activity feature, allowing me to keep up with all interactions in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature is that email replies are not logged in the activity feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub helps businesses improve and clean up sales pipelines. It's easy to use and keeps things organized.
It is practical and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it works with my email and keeps me updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to hover the pointer over the phone number when calling from HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping increase my production and track my performance and my team's performance on the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that HupSpot integrates with Gmail, and Ring Central and automatically adds the notes to the client's file.
What do you dislike about the product?
When text messages go out or come in, I have to manually add them to a client's file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I do not have to go into a client's file to manually add notes every time I make a call or send or receive emails

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful for the organization of my calls, time, and relationships with my leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with syncing appointments with my calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to customize to what I specifically need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow with my Aircall integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and sorting of contacts for general outreach. Helps me save tons of time and headache of using excel for that.
Pretty easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
This is great for sequencing a large number of contacts for marketing email blasts and is pretty easy to use/navigate as well. It is much less time consuming than doing this all manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use all of the functions for my job, so I can't speak on those other features. I mainly use the automation/sequences functions, and I definitely feel they're helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us expand our reach! We can import lists of contacts from an excel file and easily send out messages to many people/organizations at a time. Definitely a time saver!

User Friendly - Minimal Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Templates - incredibly easy to make a personalized template and 1-to-1 email contacts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I dislike all the features that are only available to premium subscription users. This is biased though as my company is currently unwilling to purchase the premium subscription. I would love to get a change to use these!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, the biggest help Hubspot has been to us is emails and text integration. We use another third-party texting provider, and Hubspot flawlessly integrates. On top of that, Hubspot saves us time from the constant copy, paste, personalize that our sales team was previously doing.
