Great Tool - Very Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Once I learned & understood the capabilities, Hubspot Sales & the sequencing tool has been incredibly helpful. Sequences and outreach are part of my daily tasks. It has helped with time management, growing and improving relationships, and increasing meetings with prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is it can be overwhelming to learn at first. But the knowledge base has been great with courses and blogs posts to learn from. The various u ser forums have helped with learning as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, bringing in new potential clients, improving relationships with existing clients, and streamlining how we connect with everyone. We have increased our connections with valuable clients and obtained new projects and deals because of it.
Great Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the filters on HubSpot. It's very helpful to segment our customers. It makes CRM very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find HubSpot Academy helpful. I learned the program best by practicing myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have sales reps that can answer any questions or concerns. The personal touch helps me when I'm having trouble figuring out how to do something new.
Great yet Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to get familiar with. Been using it for a month no turning back. The filters help organize and increase productivity. It is my first and last CRM software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is web based on windows, so if it can be more server based and have an application it would make it a lot better. I would also like to see improvements on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me get to my contacts efficiently which has benifited me and my company a lot in being more productive. Our business preformance is a reflaction of hubspot effictive software.
Work friendly and helps keep me organized and on top of my work.
What do you like best about the product?
I can make changes and the notifications and I can create queues to organize my work. I like how I am able to sort through my work by due date and other different categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more ways to filter through the work like the tax case status in the contact field on the left sign if we could organize and filter from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish that there was a way to filter through everything. Notes and Tags and titles. I am always productive using Hubspot, it helps me stay on top of all of my work.

What do you like best about the product?
The organizational benefits. Using the deals to look at my entire pipeline and setting tasks to get through my workday in an efficient manner. Really love using snippets and queues too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I do not have anything to complain about. Usually when there are issues it is on our integrated system that we use with hubspot. Sometimes things are a little slow but that's about it

Keeps me organized and helps me create a gameplan to attack everyday, which in return helps me get more done and increases sales. It's the bread and butter of my sales process
It's easy to work around. Simple and helpful.

The ease of it and the ability to bounce around quickly and manage my tasks with the tasks flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike. All small bits and pieces that I would change but nothing big.

Customer and Task management 100%
Easy to use once trained and i love the activity feed to check email activity
What do you like best about the product?
I love the activity feed to check the engagement of my prospects as well as the ability to create email sequences with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we are limited to 500 emails a day and we can only create 5 emails in a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had some initial problems when I was still in training mode and the support staff was able to call me directly to help me solve my problems.

What do you like best about the product?
templates and the ease of use. I also love that the task feature and that it reminds me of what I need to do for the day

Easier to use for people who have the time and capacity to learn a new software
What do you like best about the product?
Once I watched a few videos and tried using HubSpot Sales Hub, it is much easier to automate as many of my tasks as possible, helping me to stay on top of my work and do more in a shorter period than relying on just my CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want to skip a step in a Sequence, I am unable to advance to the next step without marking the "complete" button. I don't like this option for anyone else who may then be the owner of the company/contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to be much more efficient; view and complete daily tasks and pace myself. I like to automate as much as my job as possible so I can focus on more important projects and tasks than trying to figure out who to call and when.

What do you dislike about the product?
There always seems to be duplicate companies. It should not allow a duplicate company to be created.

Organizing communications between us and customers/ potential customers.
