sometimes it takes time loading to build a list or enroll contacts in a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is key to organize multiple deals and keep all the info in one place.

BDR USING HUBSPOT TO MANAGE INTERNATIONAL PROSPECTION
What do you like best about the product?
The agility to organize information and all the relations we are able to create with our data. Filters and the easy accessibility are awesome and help me everyday to be faster at work
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact hubspot haven't an integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and I have to upload my contacts manually. I also dislike that all my tasks are only contact related and not deal related (the database don't understand if my contact belongs to a deal, obviously that task also belongs to the same deal). To my experience it is terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The necessity to organize tasks on spreadsheets. The automation with tasks is amazing and helps me too much to boost my daily routine. Rarely I would be able to remember my tasks if were at spreadsheets.
Hubspot is pretty easy and help me a lot to organization my day.
What do you like best about the product?
The way the task are organized. Also, the integration with other platforms like Google Calendar, Slack...
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it will be great if we have more centralization of the customers and duplicate contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the organization of our CRM, does not allow us to leave many contacts without a call and visibility of the pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very user-friendly platform and it is helping our company so much by automatizing our sales process.

We don't have any complaints about the platform.

We are tracking thousands of opportunities and it is really easy to send communications to our prospects.

The dashboards and start tasks option. Makes it easier to go through everything I have to do.

Sometimes the sorting filters for contacts are hard to use.

I'm not sure exactly what, but I have realised that they are improving the platform often and I appreciate that.

Having everything in one place. I like that you can filter by anything and everything.

Need more space for reports. If you are not on the best package it is difficult to formulate enough reports

Having access to all the leads that have come in and being able to update them as we go along. This forms a very efficient process for the sales team

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and intuative hubspot is to use. Hubspot makes sale and customer works efficient. Its great value for money with really usefull tools and apps

Some times account hierarcies can be a bit confusing and it lacks some features of more advanced crm systems, like contract and pricing management.

Hubspot enables efficient sales and crm functions for our organisation. Hubspot helps with documenting customer interactions with great transparency. No customer communication is lost or forgotten.
Sequences for days!
What do you like best about the product?
Fell in love with Hubspot when starting my new position. The platform is easy to use and has an incredibly good customer service team to accompany. I spend around 2 hrs a day using the sequencing tool to prospect and have never had any issues. We also use it as our CRM, which does exactly what we need it to. Recommend to any size organisation.
Also, in the Sales hub, the deals section has every possible category you need to ensure your sales lifecycle is clear and organised.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it can be quite complicated to use some of the sales features when you first begin. I also think the sequencing could allow you to send to more than 500 people a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequencing multiple emails together autonomously. This leaves me with heaps of time to personalize outbound emails for target accounts and then add them in down the line.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to have all information about a lead in one place, the ability to attach sequences to contacts, the filtering capabilities, email templates, schedule calls, notes section and the ability to create your own properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only things I would like to improve is the functionality of the edit field. You can't edit more than one property at a time, you have to keep going back and forth which can be quite time consuming. Also, a few members of my team would like an option to add a duration to a logged call, for example if a client/prospect calls them back they can't add the duration they were on the phone to their call. As a result their activity looks lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to upload a list of prospects and filter through is really benefitting me, in addition the filters I can add to a view means I don't have to waste time.

What I like the most about Hubspot is the fact I can create tasks for myself as well as automated sequences and templates that allow me to work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have a report that divides the number of calls we make and the number of emails we sent per day according to the lead type (outbound leads, inbound leads or customer referrals).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to remember all the tasks I need to fulfil daily and to have full visibility of my pipeline. This helps me be more organized and structure my day better.
