What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a seamless way to make my life easier in terms of keeping track of my pipeline, creating new opportunities and getting a great oversight into exactly how I am currently performing and what I can expect in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Hubspot can be a little bit overcomplicated, however I believe that as long as you or your team lead ensure that it is kept clean and there aren't too many fields and checkboxes, it will be smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving lead creation, opportunity creation, pipeline management and ultimately gaining oversight into metrics of my own performance and how I compare to the performance of my team

What do you like best about the product?
I like the task function and how I can filter by task type, allows me to see how many emails I have left vs. calls and tasks. Also like that I can integrate my Zoom phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when searching for companies, it can be difficult to wade through the useless information that comes up. Finding companies could be more refined, or at least if two pages for the same company exist, they could be automatically merged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lets me track what I'm doing during the day and keeps me organised. Can toggle based on task type and just keep going until all tasks are completed. I like that it notices when an email is sent/call is made and moves the task to complete straight away.

What do you like best about the product?
What I found most helpful was how this tool has an easy flow , often a change can be made as an individual account holder and you can understand where and how to do so without IT help
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful is some language can be Americanised grammar so there can be some words that are harder to navigate the meaning off, such as settings/systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems resolved are easy communication between departments and customer logs and task enable people to see the next step of a lifecycle of an individual

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's great for making your life easy by automating email sequences while keeping them customisable and allowing you to build cadences that use a mix of calling, emailing and LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
Only changes I'd make would be more LinkedIn integration - it'd be great to be able to send LinkedIn messages from Hubspot and automate them like you can with emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it so our sales outreach is much more scalable, which is saving me time in my job and making me much more productive. It's made it easy to hit the right outreach levels and therefore hit target

Quick to learn and easy to navigate through. Integrates very well with other software we use to allow for a more informed sales approach

Sometimes when entering large numbers of prospects into a sequence it can be slow to update the list

What do you like best about the product?
Useful to manage contacts and tickets in a team, let that be small or large, it is essential to my daily process of keeping track of my potential prospects.

Efficient and time effective. Hubspot makes it easy to send emails fast and personalised.

You can link up many other platforms to Hubspot making it even more automated.

Great UI, usually, most of what you need to find is easy to locate and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be latency to email sending if you send too many emails in bulk which can be annoying.

Hard to pick up, it will take 2 - 3 weeks to get a handle on Hubspot, coming from a dev background it was easy to pick up for me, but I know of people that struggle getting started with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information tracking. Hubspot makes it easy to store information and also look up said information, which would take hours if I had to handle that myself.

Date tracking, Hubspot is great at making it easy to store large groups of data, allowing for detailed data documentation.
