What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease at which you can organise your tasks and set up the day ahead.
I also like the tracking to feature so you can see your progress daily, weekly, monthly etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike some features, such as when some data gets entered incorrectly you can find it messes up the entire company. I.e. new starts try to update someone moving company and make a mistake, then the entire company is changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralised system where you track and complete everything. previously we used multiple systems. it makes us more productive.
It also solves issues by linking to other tools we use to centralise things. Such as linkedin for sales purposes. We also can link it to our online booking system to input data automatically for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize your workload. Everything at the same place. Super nice to see all the analytics and have an overview of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little too overcomplex at times. Can also be slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all work tasks in one space - everything integrated (email, phone, Linkedin, etc)

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize all of my contacts by nearly any property I choose is one of the best parts of HubSpot. I love that I can work on the *perfect* email template and reuse it as often as I like. I can share them with my colleagues and vice versa. So the organization and ease of use are the main things I like. When I first began using HubSpot I wasn't super familiar with sales so having content suggestions also was a great help to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to refresh my activities reports more quickly. This is a metric that matters to me and my company perhaps more than the others on my dashboard. I'd just like a quick refresh option for individual dashboard components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization! HubSpot frees up my personal human working memory by allowing me to take notes, create tasks with due dates, and keep a log of ALL communication activity with my contacts. I absolutely could not do this if I were just keeping a spreadsheet or document in various other programs. The integration with my dialer and WhatsApp are also huge benefits.

The simplicity of the interface, the integration with some other softwares

Sometimes it doesn't work after updates, but the support solve the problems

To put in order the workflow and to create a solid work and customer experience with all dowels in place

Streamlining the sales process in a visual way really helps to manage pipelines and stay on top of contact engagement.

Subtle things like only being able to do some bulk / batch updates.

Everything! Hubspot is excellent. Would wholly recommend to any business.

Nothing - everything is great. I do not have any trouble with HubSpot sales.

Hubspot sales is helping us keep track of deals, as well as profit. It is easy to export and is Great for keeping things in one place where everyone can access them.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use but at the same time offers a lot of advanced filtering possibilities. Easy meeting scheduling via Meetings. Agenda/Tasks allows to prioritize tasks based on their importance which is a great functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Tasks, it's impossible to assign meetings or calls to other HubSpot users/team members (it's only possible to assign tasks). If a prospect sends a meeting calendar invitation, it does not get logged into HubSpot and needs to registered manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to keep the Sales funnel organized and not to drop any balls during the process. The sales team is more productive in the process from booking the first meeting to the first sale.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Hubspot is prety user friendly once you get a good overview on how to use the tool. Easy to complete tasks and set them. A bit better visually than SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not having the ability to "lock" accounts/companies/contacts. For sales it would be good to lock an opportunity for a period of time while a representative is working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my day to day tasks organized is simple. I also enjoy that it is connected to my google calendar. I used to write everything on a paper calendar now I do it all online.
Great programme. It makes life easier and has amazing features!!
What do you like best about the product?
The cross-referencing and record keeping is amazing. This programme is a great recommendation for anyone with a large database of contacts and deals. Once a person gets used to the system , it just goes deeper and deeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't upload documents from my Android phone, so i need to do that from my laptop. I understand it is a Hubspot thing and not because of my phone. This is in the process of being rectified though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of forgetting which stage a specific deal is on. It aslo solves the problem of losing contact details such as when communication was made last.
