Easy to use, nice website, very intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send sequences out to multiple people at once and creating lists. It makes it very easy to do so. Also enabling to track emails, make meetings and see them directly in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to dupe delete at once, it takes a lot of time to correct an error. We uploaded a lot of data without domain names which led to a lot of dupes to manually update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve reaching out to multiple prospects at once and tracking everything that happens outside and inside the platform thanks to its Gmail integration.

Its versatility. I can solve multiple business needs in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It is a perfect solution for us.

It helps me to keep track of every sales opportunity and track every communication with leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Quite customizable, nice to track basic metrics and custom ones. It is also an intuitive tool. In addition, the support they give is quite fast and good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hubspot does stop working properly(1/2 times per month), some dashboards have limitations to track some metrics

It allows me to have centralized all of my prospects and follow them up

Easy to use functions, task, call, note, send emails, calls.

I don't like the fact that sometimes some information is saved twice after accessing the save button for a note or a task

It saves my time, it notifies me when to call a client, to send details, emails, the dates and times we spoke, it keeps all my information well structured

You can set up reminders to follow up on leads that you have spoken with

Logged calls dont show numbers. Ideally it should automatically show which number was dialled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire propsecting is based on HubSpot. Adding contact attempts, conversation notes and generating tasks is helping us build a pipeline.
The software is great. But sometimes it irritates me.
What do you like best about the product?
Timely reminders, they're a life savior.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the loading time is a bit more and it irritates me. Also, it could become more user friendly. Alot of manual work is required.

providing a holistic view to the whole team across the hierarchy.

Hubspot is the simplest UI I have used of all the CRMs so far, hassle-free

Its is streamlining how I can automate my leads within sequences, it helps in tracking opens and clicks efficiently

Nothing a lot really, it at times becomes very slow and the system outage is quite a lot, at times its unscheduled and takes us by surprise. The interphase is very boring.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for reaching out to people, mainly for data storage but we have to keep open a lot of windows and tabs which is crazy pathetic. Hubspot needs to work on quality of its interphase and speed.
I have been using Hubspot as a Marketing ops and Inbound sales rep.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hubspot sales hub is the fact that it is so easy to segment your leads. Segmenting is one of the core requirements in sales outreach and Hubspot helps us achieve it right from when the prospect visited our website to the last engagement they did with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I didn't like about Hubspot is the fact that we have minimum input as a user when it comes to personalising the scheduling page. I would love to see a future release from Hubspot where I could have the form and the calendar on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboards - I have completely moved from using Sheets. Right now I have created a dashboard for my team. We use it for weekly and monthly reviews. Also, the single object - summary chart is aesthetic to look at. It makes the whole dashboard so good to look at.
