While there are some functionalities lacking, it definitely gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the workflows to create automation based on the criteria I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were some functionalities like reporting on historical values and looking at previous values. Also, the reporting could use some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of interactions with customers/prospects and automating alerts to the sales and support teams. Basically the functionalities you'd want out of a CRM
Hubspot Sales Hub is a better software of sales management
What do you like best about the product?
Because with Hubspot Sales Hub is can creat workflows for process, managing entrance of leads for several channels, create field personalized, create automation e and others functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub dont have easy interface to using. And, still dont have labals for managing cards in pipleine of deals. The repports module is good, but, he can be more easy

Today, the Hubspot Sales Hub help me with organization process and visibility my operation team in real time for make better decisions and change road of my team

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy the interface is to use. I have used Salesforce at my past companies and feel like Hubspot is much more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting in Hubspot lacks compared to other software I have used, definitely not as robust as what a software like Salesforce may offer

Charging for contacts, especially for a growing start-up.

It is helping us in our complete sales process, right from lead generation to account management

Our organization uses this software for sales and, to be honest from start to the end it includes all the features which are required for the organization to maintain the data, records, dashboards and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, we were using Hubspot for our calling purpose as well but later due to some issues like numbers showing in spam etc. we integrated with another software which cost us extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using this software we used to manage our data in sheets but now it helps to Manage to communicate and help us to track our leads where our work efficiency has increased.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about HubSpot is that it has very multiple options to reach out to the prospects and gather all of their information as well as follow up with them and see what the results are after every interaction with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do dislike about HubSpot is that the prices of the accounts are a bit high in prices especially when it comes to having to buy an account for each one of our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, there is no actual problem that I would be having in regards to the program, I think they are still doing a fantastic job resolving the issues that we encounter right away.

Easy to get overview, can log emails automatically, flexibility of automations, and ability to create reports

Reporting isnt as flexible as I would like

A nice and easy platform for smaller organisations
What do you like best about the product?
Features such as email tracking, follow up task creation and sending emaols in bulk were really useful. The send later was also a welcome addition. You can use it for effective sales predictions too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no separate inbox filter to only see communications initiated by you. Sometimes I had to spend hours scrubbing my inbox to find all the open communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped immensely in keeping a track of all the customers and documenting every communication you had with them. You could also use it as a tool to send out sales and marketing campaigns.

We can save contacts/ data here/ integrate with other apps like apollo, set followups and reminders

Charges are per month are very high for start-up companies or learner
