Great scaleable solution
What do you like best about the product?
Since switching to Hubspot we have seen an uptick in efficiency, transparency, and reporting capabilities - all of which have led to increased sales
What do you dislike about the product?
History is a bit limited. For instance, if someone changes a price on a potential sale, that data isn't stored.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot has everything--it is both a CRM and does engagement as well. Means that I waste less time looking for things in multiple places.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things don't seem very intuitive before you know what's going on with them. And the landing page isn't my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow-up is a huge thing in sales! Hubspot makes this easy to do with tasks and reminders.
Great CRM, Great CMS, Email marketing is a bit expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The integrated CRM with CMS. (COS). The CMS performance is quite good, the pages load fast. It is easy to create workflows in the CRM. We use this tool every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email marketing features are quite expensive. The app sometimes are maintenance issues. They use to not be strong for multi-language, now the tool is much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM and CMS needs for our company. Good integrated solution to followup on leads etc. Good and relatively fast support. I can recommend this tool. Maybe not as easy to setup as other basic CRMs.

I like mostly that it's combineable with other applications such as aircall and google mail.

The Insight part didn't give me the information I needed

It's bringing a order in customer data.

The updated fields and easily programable reminders of when to contact clients.

at the time,the interface was ugly and lacked feeling.

We had no way of organising our contacts and we need a software that would let us know when to call a client and when to not.

When you habe a task made on a deal, in tasks table doesn't show the name of the lead, you have to clic on the task to know who is it about

Daily monitoring report. You can easily track your daily activities, to dos and other needed tasks for the day

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface helps my team easily keep track of activities, tasks, and contacts and provides a historical record. I like using my voice to enter information into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We synch with SFDC and often duplicate accounts are created which are difficult to dedup as long as the synch is active. This presents issues for data quality and master account integrity.

Sales is our lifeblood as a company bigger than a startup but not public. The Target Accounts helps us focus on key accounts and opportunity management.

What do you like best about the product?
everything about the hubspot is good, I like the small latest updates with the interface, everything is organized and automated which makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It freezes a little bit when you try to enroll the lead but other than that everything works perfect.

The most useful thing is organized tasks which makes process really fast and ability to perform everything on 1 platform that has solution for everything like Hubspot

Our Sales Team relies on the Hubspot Sales Hub daily and it is seamless in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like it just the way it is and don't have any improvements in mind.

It solved the issue with one rep forgetting to others what is going on with an account and allows everything to be completed in one place.
