Took time to get use to but now I wouldn't trade it.
What do you like best about the product?
So many ways to search. The app. Its tied to the calendar, so the meetings show up.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cant search by address. The questions/Properties cant be darker or bolded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helpful when an issue arises. No issues at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the hubspot notifications that shows me who viewed emails or sequences I created. Allows me to keep my pipeline up to date, also a great temperature gauge of where the prospect is in the process
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to learn how to use every tool. Also to set up the sales hub (personally in a way that works for you). Improve upon what an individuals uses most, and maybe ask for suggestions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. Sales hub saves you so much time and organizes things for you.
Hubspot - easy to use, adopt and use as a single view of the customer
What do you like best about the product?
I have always liked how easy it is to use Hubspot. If you have ever used a CRM, the interface is intuitive, easy to learn (for everyday use) and has the capabilities to grow with the demands of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you plan on being a super user, there are some frustrations around finding the location of more advanced functions. With that being said, the tutorials do answer 90% of those questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub is driving our sales process and has enabled the key steps in the process to be a requirement, so reps can't cut corners and so that we are setting up our customers, our deals, and our company's forecast for success and accuracy in the associated expectations. It makes my life easier, as I don't have to search for external documents, I just let the tool guide the processes.
Very straight forward, I cannot live without HubSpot.
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use and helps keep the organization organized with the many moving pieces that we do have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, HubSpot does exactly what it is meant to do. Can't complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized with sequence tasks, never lets any conversations slip through the cracks if you set it up right.
I have enjoyed using Hubspot. It is easy to poke around and figure out its different capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that hubspot is fairly navigable and user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I cannot download the domains for deal cards in a full export of a pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep track of our deals and where they are in the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has helped make my days both proficient and successful. It is easy to use and allows for consistent and automated follow-ups. HubSpot has transformed how I set up my day for success, by providing all the tools needed to reach new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great, nothing I would say I dislike. Hubspot is an absolute must for any sales-based company!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent follow-ups and organizing your day with important tasks.
Great all around platform with all the tools you need at your disposal.

HubSpot is an easy to use software and everything integrates well with one other.

Some functions can start acting weird but typically a refresh or an exit and reopen solves the issue.

Allows us to keep track of everything we need in one spot.

I like how easy the platform is to use, the training that is available and how it is directly catered to my sales needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike two-factor identification every time I log in. On the flip side, I understand why it needs to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping me identify/ organize law firms and attorney's in my territory who have a need for eDiscovery.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the things you track about a customer and then create reports to easily analyze your data on the macro scale. Automated wokflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no strong complaints. If anything, it's expensive - but it's totally worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot organizes my customer and potential customer information in a way that's easy to access, easy to get reports on. Perhaps most importantly I am able to automate a number of functions that would take me hours. This saves time and money, creates more sales, and makes the experience easier and more enjoyable for the customer, the staff, and I.

Simple design of the user interface - easy and streamlined!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, as I haven't run across any major issues or inadequacies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of leads, client interactions, tasks and follow-up schedule.
