Fast and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
HUBRIS. Helps build contacts fast. Thanks.

The automation of the sales process is the best feature.

The integrations could be better, we use Zapier in some areas where integrations are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation. This allows my team to focus more on strategy rather than the tedious processes. Automation also allows us to move through the sales process with precision, without missing a lead.

I like everything so far, I find it useful.

Automation lets you sell while you sleep
What do you like best about the product?
By using filters, lists, and sequences I can use my time efficiently to set up effective sales sequences that target the right people and send the right messages automatically. I sometimes wake up to multiple new meetings booked.
The various filters also allow me to ensure that none of my prospects get forgotten or fall through the cracks.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX is not always intuitive, but you can usually Google your question and figure it out fairly quickly. Sometimes the product doesn't do exactly what I would like it to, but I can usually figure out a workaround to achieve most of what I am trying to achieve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a great tool for automating personalized, targeted messages and for making sure that your prospects don't get lost.
Workflows made easy
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been an invaluable tool for outreach and tracking deals. I love being able to collaborate items with my team in real time with HubSpot and it makes communicating details on projects all the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every technology has its limits and quirks. HubSpot has very few of these, however I would like to see more automated workflow options when it comes to combining sequences.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps with visibility and tracking several pieces of valuable data for our sales team as well as our account management team. It helps bring everything to one central place with the ability to collaborate.
The best CRM tool available for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot UI's make it easier for anyone to increase their possibilities related to new business opportunities and account management. Also, the UX is fantastic and allows you manage your workflows seamlessly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some filters and functions still have the possibility to improve. It can depend also on the type of information my company manages but, sometimes it is difficult to use some information as we would like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage our outbound and inbound process by finding all our info in just one place. Also, whenever we need to change our strategies, Hubspot allows us to make it fast.
Good Features - Helps our team become more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The email tracking is the best part. Being able to view opens, clicks, views etc. I also like the sequences aspect of it where you can put your contacts in and it does the rest. It's really beneficial to have this running in the background. It allows my sales team to keep in touch with people while they are working on other priorities. You also get notifications for opens, clicks, etc... it helps you to prioritize your dials and where you are spending your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only add 5 emails to a sequence. I've used other platforms that allow for quite a few running emails in cadence. It also doesn't allow rules for when they complete a sequence to roll into a new nurture sequence. It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to do this as it greatly impacts how many touches you have. It's also not easy to link things - you have to add a hyperlink vs just having an attachment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates into our stack and allows you to keep track of what's going on in the prospect sequence. The sequences allow you to do a set it and forget it while still maintaining contact. It helps us to keep our data organized and allow us to see who is owning deals. it also helps us to see which reps have deals, how much, what deal, where are the deal stages, etc. The reporting piece is critical to our organization and helps us to better control our pipeline of sales. We also really enjoy the seequences option because it maximizes the daily touches. Instead of being able to directly touch.... maximum 100 people in a day, you can now touch thousands and keep them running in the background. It also integrates well into other areas. We have it working with multple other sales tools. It also allows us to direcly integrate with my products and have them all housed in one place. If we didn't have this insight, it would be very hard for us to manage 5500 employees around the world.
Very useful tool for automating client outreach
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is incredibly intuitive and easy to learn, I can decrease my workload substantially by adopting hubspot sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't change emails for contacts already enrolled in sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the fact that I have a large number of leads and not enough time to reach out to them. Hubspot allows me to focus my time on research.

I wish it would unenroll companies once one contact has replied in a sequence
