Good Profesional Experience
What do you like best about the product?
All contact's database in one panel with all information that I need for a great work

nothing at the moment, is very simple user

All information at one click and all user's history in small time
Best sales CRM by far!!!
What do you like best about the product?
With HubSpot, you don't feel like you're working, with the amazing user interface and the ease in using the platform it almost feels like sales is a game rather than a job. I've used a couple of other solutions and HubSpot is by far the best platform out there. Also, I started my career in sales 2 years ago and for someone who's just starting in sales, HubSpot's courses on the subject are extensively useful to get on board in the industry and get some best practices to kickstart your career and hit your goals as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience so far is amazing. I'm looking forward to keep track of new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in the outreach process, automating campaigns and visualizing your performance to keep improving in my sales processes.
Great CRM, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly. Creating sequences is really easy and fast. Reports are easy to read and create.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there's nothing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a Sales Rep and I use HubSpot every day. Using sequences I don't need to send manual emails. It's easy to use.
Comprehensive CRM with Contact Link Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be a very comprehensive CRM that helps with lead management and overall sales workflow. It aids in staying organized and building my sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some trouble with deals when there are multiple contacts linked to a company. If the deal is created on one contact, it does not duplicate on the other contacts tied to the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to stay organized and build my sales pipeline. We switched to it for better tech and more automation options.
A CRM system that keeps you accountable and on task
What do you like best about the product?
the workflows and automation you can set within the system. I love how you can create snippets for easy emailing and set set auto send dates and times for emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is difficult to set default dashboards

I don't really have any qualms. I think Hubspot is a wonderful tool to be utilized.

It is helping our office better communicate with our traveling sales team.
Great tool to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flow and easy use of the app. I have been able to gain lots of new customers in my short time using Hubspot. I enjoy the way I can build out a company, list, and sequences and stay on top of my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new to using Hubspot. But coming from other CRM tools I have used in the past, it has exceeded my expectations. I will be diligent in trying to reach out as issues arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has been great for keeping a nice flow of outbound emails and calls to my customers. I am easily able to see who I have talked to and go back to find where my opportunities are.

The ability to connect with prospects at scale while monitoring the most effective tactics has been a huge help to me and our organization.

Very few things I dislike, but I wish we could email multiple people from the same company.

It is allowing me to reach the right prospects with the right messaging consitently. It is helping us be more efficient with outreach and save time.
