Very easy to keep track of any and all brands I have reached out to.
What do you like best about the product?
Gmail integration has been a HUGE help to me and saved me a lot of time. The customer service is also some of the quickest I have seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot receive calls through Hubspot or send texts through Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest thing is making all areas of the sales process as efficient as possible.

- Ease of use (Tasks, Note taking during a discovery call, the ability to make calls directly from the CRM)
- Creating of deals linked to a quote that is also linked to my stakeholders
- Marketing files accessible directly in the CRM

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is not designed for blast emails. HubSpot mojo is "inbound, inbound, inbound" - I get that but it'd be great to be able to send more than 5 emails in an email sequence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves pretty much all my business challenges. All-in-one solution for the whole business.
I personally use it as my sales platform where I do everything from contacting my prospects to planning my day to creating quotes.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a very user-friendly interface, and the learning curve is not very steep.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integration limitations, but often times there are suitable workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot serves as a core hub for resource management and analytics.

Sales made Easier with HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily call up the whole history of interactions with a contact/company is very useful, I can search the contact database to find what I am looking for. It is possible to customise statuses for leads and prospects and track based on custom parameters - Some examples: Leads that are uncontacted for some time, leads from a particular source, prospects with a certain "status" - effectively allowing the user to improve workflow and track everything all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call quality often doesn't match other VOIP I am using- due to this, I rarely use the built-in Hubspot calling (thankfully, integration with Aircall = easy tracking regardless)
Often if recording activity (call/email/note) in a deal view, or a company view or contact view - one must actively include the info on the other associated pages manually by clicking tick-boxes to do so, communication can sometimes be let down as people don't see recorded info in the company view or on one of the associated deals etc.
Recently this hasn't been much of an issue, but for a long time, error messages when loading various parts of HubSpot were a daily occurrence.

The problem of not having the relevant info about a contact easily accessible in one place. It is also a great way to tie multiple tools together with their integrations
Its expensive but its worth it
What do you like best about the product?
- The integrations are very useful, like: Typeform, google calendar/meets, Gmail if to possibility to use hubspot resources through gmail account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive when you compare to other peers and sometimes when you need assistance they take more time than I expected to help me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations with different tools that Im using: slack, whatsapp, gmail and typeform. The dashboards and data generated by them are very useful as well
Great experience keeping all in order
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of personalize all the features is, for me, the gratest characteristic. It helps to keep all ordered while chasing deals and leads. It's easy to use and fast to know it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it use a lot of RAM, and the interface can be a little slow. This issue's also related to the browser but I think it could be improved. However the system is still very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all information ordered, calendar properly scheduled, leads updated and allows all teamworkers to keep on track those deals we are persuing. It's easy to know where we are and study how to improve our strategies and be better salesmans.
Making Prospecting Easier
What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, Hubspot has made prospecting more effective by shortening the sales cycle and helping to land more deals. It has also made organising data and managing tasks easier. In short, you can never go wrong with HubSpot. Awesome tool!

Email tracking opens and clicks is not on par with other tools. Need to improve on that.

Hubspot sales hub is helping me manage, communicate and track leads by interacting with clients without spending valuable time and resources inputting data or writing the same email every time.
This is an amazing platform to help you grow your business.

I love the e-mail threads you can create in order to see how far along the conversation between you and a prospective new client are fantastic.
With all new clientele sometimes you lose focus on email threads, but not with Hubspot.

I am not a very patient person, so when I need to know something about a hiccup that occurs, I would love feedback immediately.

As I earlier stated the e-mail thread between all the new customers.
With Hubspot you don't lose any of the prevouis conversations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lets me see all relevant contacts in any said business and i can see when i last contacted who, and monitor all email activity in between calls.
