Game Changing Software!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting functionality the hubspot provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more copy functionalities, there are a few shortcuts throughout the software but there could be more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our previous issues of all departments using different software. We now all use the one!
Simple and powerful for companies that getting started to big ones

A lot of tools that can be used for everything you need and also a lot of ways to customize your workflow to be better optimized as you progress
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing tools like :
Zero bounce for email verification is added as an integration, but it's not good, It needs a better connection to LinkedIn workflows also to other tools like Lavender for content and more, missing website analytics (like Zoominfo has for example)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable us to create our sales process and adjust the CRM for that, saves us a lot of time when using workflows and sequences

The automation facility for leads has been brilliant.

Cannot think of anything that we dislike

We now automate the follow-up to all leads, where previously we would call people. This frees up our time to pursue other sales opportunities.
It very good for the monthly reports & Database. Even daily work update as well.

Deal Won & Lost Report of the Sales Team.

Database are getting repeated & give the option for Merge.

Assigning tickets takes about 8 - 10 secs

The response time which will help me assign tickets faster.
Efficient, despite a little fiddly to get set-up
What do you like best about the product?
The automation is really helpful. The connection to Gmail also makes everything a lot more efficient. I particularly like the meeting scheduling links
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit fiddly to get everything set up to dit our business processes. Once things are set-up it's very straightforward, but that initial effort costs time and money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to track emails and communicate what leads and clients we have - any team member can now see any information on a client which is helpful, especially when we have different roles dealing with the same client
It's a great tool for your daily work!
What do you like best about the product?
First of all - super orderly and clear dashboard! and other many useful functions such as correspondence import, notes and notifications. It's a great crm tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's one thing - editing contacts and merging them with the existing ones - this function is opaque to me in the current form. I wish this function to be clearer

Hubspot allows me to handle my daily duties. For sure, without it, I would have to search through a few pages of carelessly written notes about clients, luckily I don't have to do it and thanks to that I won't forget anything.
Excellent Tool for Sales/ Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Personalized Template writing, Building Automated Sequences and being able to track Tasks & email interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot scoring is difficult to get set up for sales (this will help in identifying best prospects to call based on email &website interaction) & reports are difficult to build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to track uploaded leads and write personalized templates & sequences as well as remind me which tasks are due. Benefit = staying organized & getting more done.
I really like to use Hubspot in my day work, it helps to improve organisation of work.

Most helpful thing is that I can see all deals at different stages.

I don't like that Hubspot didn't catch deals that have same name.

Sometimes happens that some deals where missing. Now we can see all deals and nothing is missing.
The all-in-one sales assistant in the form a platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use sales sequence building. Very good follow-up utilities that will make your sales cadence work. The tasking system will make the sales approach easier, and in combination with a very well-made dashboard, Hubspot can't be missed to increase your sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is when you write down qualification notes in the ''notes'' section. And when you make a small mistake, ''page back'' ''misclick'' you lose all your written notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses the most common "pipeline" issues. It reminds you to keep track of things, even if you completed or assigned certain tasks a long time ago. It's as if a sales assistant is guiding you through your day by properly reminding you. Mostly because the platform encourages proper documentation. It has an odd satisfaction associated with it.
