Experience using Hubspot Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot daily for entering incoming leads and their follow-up during the sales process stages. Hubspot allows for very precise and accurate customer management through email sending, sequences, templates, web calls, and notes. The tool is intuitive and, in my opinion, effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of reports is not always simple and requires adequate training to achieve satisfactory results. In short, creating reports is not as intuitive as it may seem, even for an advanced user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot really helps to keep all stages of the sales funnel under control. The marketing part is also excellent for creating new leads and the various integrations with third-party tools.
Hubspot, all in one tool
What do you like best about the product?
Level of personalization, all complements, you can add your own email, google account, etc. Everything is connected
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes has errors or malfunctions and there's nothing you can do about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrate contacts + companies + deals in a unique view and controlled by date/owner/stage, etc. Filters alse help a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation with Sequences is the most helpful to that I received. Furthermore, the app is so easy to navigate. You need not to cry for help to find something new. Everything is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Hubspot, however, my filters go away as soon as I reload a page is very troublesome. I always have to make a filter to have a filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a sales executive and lead churning is the easiest thing to do with all the automation I could do. However, the tasks are not very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot plays a vital role when you need everything in a single place. Also, it gives visibility to us regarding merchants which we created in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there is nothing to write in the dislike section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to highlight one thing here when we created leads in HubSpot in some cases there might be a possibility of creating the same lead having the same mobile number and other details by different persons so in that case need to indicate that the lead is already created or already exist so duplicate data can not be created
It is a great marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helped us in tracking clients which come from inbound traffic. For doing the email campaigns for outbound we used the email sequencing feature which reduced our workload. In a way, we find Hubspot a better tool for inbound and outbound.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email templates should have some more features and should be easy to modify. And HubSpot contracts should be more flexible so that we opt as per our requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were facing issues while sending emails about the tracking of emails if it is opened or not and in this case, HubSpot helped us by letting us know if the client has opened an email and clicked on a link by giving delivery status
Great CRM Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a useful, one-stop CRM platform which enables users to effectively organise and manage all their contacts.
I liked how it gives me an option to connect HubSpot to my Gmail account such that every conversation that leaves my inbox is synced in HubSpot, allowing me to easily track past replies and work on follow-ups.
Love the sequences tool -- Tried exploring new ways to send bulk emails, whilst having it personalised and having automated follow-ups so that I don’t miss out on certain contacts, and Sales Hub does just that! It allowed me to send up to 500 emails a day, personalise each email to my liking and even helped me send follow-up emails to every contact within the interval I specified. It also allowed me to track and analyse important details such as open rates, reply rates, not responded rates etc, all in one place. A seamless process that worked well for me!
It was slightly difficult in the initial stages when I was still getting used to this new CRM tool. However, I loved the responsivity of the HubSpot support team. Chat functions were available almost all the time and I could reach them almost instantly when I encountered a problem. The support team was friendly and helpful, constantly helping me find new workarounds for my problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
Faced a challenge when I was tracking replies to my sequences — Replies that were not tied to a specific email thread were not recognised as a reply and thus the contact was still enrolled in the sequence.
It would be good if HubSpot could allow separate email replies to be attached to a thread of email sequence so that contacts can be automatically unenrolled from the sequence.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking forward to other features that could benefit users as well!
1. Being able to enrol more than 50 contacts in a sequence at a time
2. Being able to export the sequence report as an excel file so that users can have a file with all the details associated with the sequences (which step each contact was last enrolled in, the status of the contact, how many more days each contact will take to finish the sequence etc)

What do you like best about the product?
Email follow-ups and it reminds you to do a call or LinkedIn followup
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dis-like about the tool.

Like I said before its making things easy for you to keep a track of every single lead.

What do you like best about the product?
Contact management, opportunity pipeline ( Deals ), Task Management, Email Integration, Tracking, and Call integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshers always need the training to become pro in using different features in the software.

once unlocked, enable my sales team to prioritize its activity, understand your prospects, automate the repetitive work, and spend more time speaking to active buyers who are a good fit for what we sell.
One of the best CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
One easily manage deals, contacts and can track the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few properties cannot be customized.They are set default but it does not bother much.
