The CRM is good and contains easy UI for the users but can be improved in terms of data displaying.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is the best and the easy to create filters are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
we cannot create tasks in Hubspot for a specific time and get notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving a major problems like data management and lead mapping, its so easy to differentiate between many categories.

it isn more organised and the task what we set up give reminders on timely basis wherein we do not miss on important calls

you guys should have an auto dialler feature for sales hub

reminders to call people ..so that we do not have to maintain any excel for that

HubSpot is so efficient in my line of work because it makes research and B2B outreach easier and convenient

I guess some points to improve is just the stability because sometimes connectivity was kinda off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem on how to do outreach without having duplicate contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hubspot is the Report Dashboard features that help me to track everything that I do and be aware of the performance that I throughout the day. It helped me reach my quotas for sending emails, tracking marketing emails that I have to outreached and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the Deals feature. We have restricted access to some of its feature and I think I have a hard time checking by myself if the contacts that I am outreaching to is already a client/ customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating contacts in bulk for me is very helpful. I can save time and do more because of importing contacts in 1 upload of the csv or spreadsheet file. Email tracking is also very helpful as I was able to track who is really interested to know more about my email sequences that I applied.
Significance of Hubspot in my Daily Sales Routine
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful to me is the storage of contacts or leads which makes it easier for me to follow up my prospect clients and jot down notes or remarks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I dislike any about Hubspot Sales Hub. It's very helpful,it's just that you may lack time sometimes to log all your activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, it's the usage of so many papers for your reports. It gives me convenience and no more hassle in reporting. If ever I forget where I put my papers,Hubspot helps a lot.

I like the workflows and sequences because it gives us the bandwidth to do other strategic things.

Maybe the reporting or data that can be exported from sequences

The efficiency of Sales Processes. Because of Hubspot Sales Hub, we can track if we have the proper sales process and measure our output accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
Good at tracking the different stages a client is at.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't organise attachments into groups, or view pdfs in a tab on the contact page. It would be useful to view documents easily on the contact page.
The notes made under deals should have an option to appear on the contact page. It saves time clicking in and out of deals. Perhaps it can be called "Deal notes".
There should be an option for sections to only appear when its associated with a certain company - than doing a bunch of back end programming to make it work. Makes it more customisable.
You can't log emails to a contact manually in the outlook extension it only picks it up if that person is cc'd. There should be an option to log that email under a client or company manually, as they still relate to the client, even if it's not addressed to them - not copying and pasting the email content.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity & ease of use. Almost anyone can pick up this tool and use it.

There are limitations to certain reports & filtering options.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, user-friendly, integration is awesome. We basically manage all of our pipelines in HubSpot so great job guys!
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing to pay by contact is a real pain because it does not allow us to use HS as a cold outreach tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to easily manage my pipeline, segment by deal stages, assign owners, etc.
