HubSpot is a great way to keep track of contacts and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy for businesses to examine their data and choose how to utilize it. This application also assists the salesman in creating tasks, deals, and several other user-user capabilities. You may design processes and sequences with Automation. Additionally, you may add a chat component to your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows can sometimes overlap, but that's more the user's fault than Hubspot's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have long desired a method to keep in contact with and follow up with our consumers. We've tried several methods for staying in touch with clients, but HubSpot appears to be the most effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Email expansion. Fast speed and how reliable it is to use. Easy access to options, for example, open and close emails. The search bar always comes in handy, it's fast access to an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but they could improve the visibility to other emails not assigned to me. Show related emails not just assigned to me.
Overall, it's a great email based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The direct message helps with viewing instant messages and replying as soon as possible. I like how new emails are placed on the bottom to show what is coming in.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration to LinkedIn. I have all my clients and prospects in one place. It shows me some data and analytics that I can use for further strategic decisions. Also a lot of great integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the messages for syncing a new LinkedIn contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer relationship management and sales analytics. I can manage and have access to all of my clients easily in one place. I can also see the most important metrics for my business.

Clunky overall interface and connection with Churnzero

What do you like best about the product?
Fields flowing bidirectionally between ChurnZero & Hubspot. I like that our flow once setup updates both systems when you update a field, as well as the customizability of where they are locked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deals, flowing to quotes, and tieing into ChurnZero is completely broken. They do not have a flow that easily puts Deals & Quote information voer to ChurnZero profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales pipeline flow to bring customer from lead to prospect to the entire deal process it does work well for that piece of it. I appreciate the structure & flow in the system for that piece.

Email logging does NOT work with Outlook for Mac

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and flexible, however without email logging, the value of the product is severely reduced.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main selling points HubSpot used is the ability to automatically log emails in HubSpot. Unfortunately, their add-in for Outlook for Mac is completely broken. When the add-in is activated, Outlook becomes so slow that our team will refuse to use it. This has a severe impact on our adoption and value of Hubspot, as having emails logged is a key feature. Unfortunately, we have been completely stonewalled by support and our CSM, telling us to contact Microsoft even though there is an issue with their add-in as is evident from their support forum, where customers have been complaining about this since 2020 without a response from HubSpot. We're currently spending +€25k annually with HubSpot and they are not willing to help or even acknowledge there is a problem - extremely disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to use HubSpot to have a central repository for all information and communication with our customers. Unfortunately, that is not possible without email logging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using Outlook for Mac - be aware that email logging is not currently working.

Been having constant server issues and errors to retrieve info

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and easy to use, doesn't take much to get a hang of it and you're able to personalize according to your needs and the extension tools are top!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been often server issues and information not properly loading. You have to wait a few minutes before retrying. There's still glitches in the platform, sometimes you don't get the sequence statistics and it stops sequences if you've reached your limit instead of sending it to the next availale day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer follow-up and prospecting. Makes it very easy, and it's time saving. Easier to handle companies and beneficial for company profiling and sales analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really does make prospect managing much easier

Excellent all in one place for Customer Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the system allows you to view graphs and charts that include different data analysis for you to check progress on sales, upsell, renewals, churns etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Being sent 3 different notifications for just one customer e.g. you are the new company owner, you have been assigned a new contact, you have been assigned a new deal. I would prefer it if all 3 fell under one notification as sometimes too many notifications can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is where I spend the majority of my time during a work day. It is beneficial for easily accessing company contacts and it is also a great all in one place to manage my customers. The ability to set yourself and others tasks is useful and the reminders sent to complete these tasks are also just as useful. It is also simple to raise new deals and link them up with the relevant customer. I keep notes stored for my customers after meetings etc and find it great for tracking a customer's progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of the deal, company and contact level is astonishing, easy to hand on for beginners and great support to the Hubspot team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could not make calls to the certain regions via Hotspot, the system-generated contact is often duplicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Powerful CRM system for me to keep on track my active deal and contact for prospecting.
