A great way to organize my work for the day!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sort my tasks and have them automatically assigned to the right contacts is something that has saved me a lot of time in comparison to other software. The data management in HubSpot is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The processing speed can be slow which will cause small hiccups in what HubSpot shows me if I work too fast. If there was a way to make the transition between tasks and screens a little more smooth I would have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data analytics tools have gotten much better and allow me to track and view important metrics that help me to focus my sales efforts and be more productive in the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to play around with it, they have a lot of options to explore.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows and automation of emails is easy. Calling is easy

How the "task" area is set up. You should be able to easily delay tasks

Super Intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is super intuitive, and gives me more time to prospect, instead of hunting for reports or entering contacts manually. It integrates well with most of the software I use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without knowing Hubspot well, it can be difficult to locate certain reports or functions. I think it would be helpful to be able to assign contacts in mass, without finding workarounds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Zoom Info is one of my favorite things about Hubspot- it's super easy to use, and rarely, if ever, has any interruptions in service. I feel that saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HubSpot Sales Hub is the filters and data it offers on your countless number of contacts. One of my favorite features is email tracking. There is so much more knowledge when you know who has and hasn't opened your emails or clicked on your links. Another one of my favourite features is the HubSpot suggestion for best time to send the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes email opens are inaccurate because some people have firewalls that will "open" the email before the recipient does. That is the only thing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of what problems HubSpot Sales Hub is solving.

Logging aspects of the conversations held by client and ourselves

The app is very difficult to expand actions taken by clients.

having to dial to put in a text when you can just add to activity a text during a call dial/ shorten our dialing

What do you like best about the product?
Helps keep the sales team organized and on top of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention. All functionality works as intented.

Literally, everything to do with the sales cycle...from prospecting to close!
Easy Insights and Sales Tracking Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The tile view for open deals is a great way to see how many deals you have in each stage and how they are progressing through the process. This summary view is my go-to for daily deal and pipeline updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-update of deal value and close date can be helpful, but only if you want those to reflect the exact actions you take on the deal. We need deal close dates to remain the same as their renewal date, even if we close the deal earlier, so it can be tedious and result in inconsistencies to update the close dates manually each time we finalize a renewal deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to track our deals in various pipelines. HS allowed us to create specific deal types and gives a great overview of each pipeline with a simple drop-down selection.
It's an easy to use software, but it can be a little unorganized at times.
What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly interface allows for easy navigation. Generally, was pretty much able to pick up and go immediately without many questions regarding certain operations
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit chaotic and unorganized at times. Additionally, it can be difficult to navigate tasks and what lists they show up in without having to be hyperaware of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing clients mostly.

What do you like best about the product?
I found most helpful having 500 min for calling. Also, I really like meeting links provided within. Overall, HubSpot is easy to use, easy to log every activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a specific thing that I don't like. But I will find more usefull if I have more calling minutes included. I also would appreciate if it is a bit quicker.

I have every information needed at the same place for my propective clients and companies.
