HubSpot is the best CRM out there!!

What do you like best about the product?
It helps you keep everything organized, you have a lot of options and fields to make sure you're on top of your tasks. You can really focus on providing the customer service your clients deserve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike; Hubspot works really well and even after having used it for a while already, I always discover more helpful things that I didn't know of before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to have all the necessary information about my clients in one place, so it's easy to solve any potential complaint that we get since we can easily access all the records.

Wonderful CRM Solution for folks who work in Inside Sales

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom lists, add them to Dashboards, and automate them for accurate views on leads at various stages of churn is a boon for large teams. Works well great with Aircall and Aloware was seamless to integrate. We use the HS calling tool daily. The support team is always a call away. It took us less than a week to get a hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbuilt dialer is too tacky and does not have a lot of options of a traditional dialer like pre-record opening greets and leaving predefined automated voicemails. Also does not have an Inbound calling feature so if a lead calls you on your HS phone number it leads to nowhere. We have to pay Aircall to mitigate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run webinars daily and use HS workflows to automate reminders and generate custom meeting links for our attendees and it has been a boon since HS has an inbuilt feature to do that seamlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a one-stop sales enablement CRM. look no further.

What do you like best about the product?
Easiness on finding leads by created date, easiness on leads creation, good integration with dialers like Cloudtalk, and a nice way of creating sequences and task followup be it for the company or the agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to create a better flow with sequences, I think there is plenty of room for improvement in that section and also the fact that the dates for last engagement or activity are not always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is solving the workflow process in a way that I can start attacking my leads and creating tasks and followups in a proper manner and in that way I can increase my performance in way that definetly works way better than if I didnt have the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy all the metrics are easy to read. The organization of my leads with proper descriptions keeps me focused on what's important and gives me all the power at my fingertips to stay on top of my task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure how notification work for notes left to come on a certain time as a reminder. Still trying to figure that out. Other than that all is great. Need help with notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
kixie integration has been helpful. Hubspot keeps me organized on my task and who I have and have not contacted. Keeping me efficient with my time makes me more effective at my job.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that everything is in one place and you can have your entire GTM team on one platform. It is also useful to have the tracking features available on the extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to work through tasks from sequences and is not user friendly for carrying out outbound sequences because the call, email and LinkedIn functionality isn't as smooth as something like salesloft. The LinkedIn integration is something we would love to have but Hubspot doesn't have for teams of less than 20 salespeople.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saleshub solves the gap between sales and marketing so that everyone can see whats going on and we can see who changed what. It helps because we can keep a tab on leads throughout the stages of the sales process.

The best sale's tool

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I can think of when I speak to someone about my job is how easy is this tool to understand, and how many things can be done with the minimum effort. One of my favorite parts of this tool is the "reports" tool. It is the best one I have used in my 4 years working with this kind of tool. As well the tasks are really easy to create, complete and go back and search into any task done in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only bad thing that I see, is that everyone who is in your organization can make changes to all of the information there. This means that if one of the employees does not know how to use it he can modify anything by mistake. Another thing that might be considered a dislike is the fact that has too many options and at the beginning may look as hard to use, but with time you will be able to do more than you thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I noticed that this tool was different than the others I used in the past from day one. The reports tool is something I never found in any other tool I used in the past. You can know exactly the thing that you want with only a few clicks and continue with your duty. The easiest way I know is to send emails in sequence, you only need a few clicks and you will have all the emails you need for the week sent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice for the proper use of Hubspot is to take your time and start clicking on things. That is the best way, besides the proper training obviously, to know all the benefit that you will get in your job from this tool, from reports, tasks, sending email, having a lot of information of contacts and an easy way to control what are you looking for with a large number of filters that will make your job enjoyable.

Handy and useful tools. The order and support we have received.

Sometimes it gets really slow and it causes my interactions to not be effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Conversations tool is getting more friendly and it's making my interactions more efficient. Maybe I'm not more productive but I have a better structure.
