Very close, but still a little clunky...
What do you like best about the product?
+ Robust activity tracking of both internal users and prospects/customers.
+ Workflows are great for streamlining task assignments.
+ Out-of-the-box functionality is good, and the marketing WYSIWYG / block builders are straightforward for Email Campaigns, Landing Pages, etc.
+ Basic reports are fairly easy to set up.
+ It's pretty!

What do you dislike about the product?
- Filtering by multiple Record types, e.g. Contacts + Deals (sales opportunities), cannot be done from either the Contacts or Deals listing screen. Instead, you need to use a separate tool in the platform.
- By default, Deals are only linked to Contacts - as a SaaS company, our products are sold to Organizations and not individuals.
- Some properties in the CRM are not reportable, filterable, or automatable. Things such as Notes (typically used by the Sales team) and "Association Labels" (i.e. Primary Contact set on a Contact - Company link).
- No multi-touch attribution reporting is available that would show the marketing and sales touchpoints leading up to a scheduled demo (or another action).
- Depending on the database, reporting can be very complicated to get right.
- Basic custom coding for page templates is overly confusing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a CRM that allowed our Sales team's efforts to be tracked so that any staff turnover or reassignments wouldn't result in an interruption in the sales process. As we have a small Marketing team, we also needed a full-fledged Marketing platform that integrated directly with our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
TaskS work great for follow-ups, pin important notes on top of the profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
in general is a great tool, it cant add multiple emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is great for creating lists, it has helped me a lot, i go back to high intent pros at the end of the month and it is easier to have them under one list

What do you like best about the product?
Ticketing service is simple to use. User friendly. Easy to implement. I like the pipeline view, it's great to see what is active and was is pending. Great tool
What do you dislike about the product?
some issues that we need to fix to make our experience better. When i have questions to ask the husbpot support, we are working on what they are asking us to tets and they do not give us enough time to test ebfore closing the ticket on their end. I've received this comment from other team members which makes the experience tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mulitple emails in one ticket - major issue for us as some emails in that ticket are different and pending so hard to follow and try to avoid closing the ticket by mistake
This makes working more convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
Working with HubSpot makes keeping track of follow-ups and other tasks easier! I enjoy the reminders and the notifications when is it time to follow-up with leads in my pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the task notifications arrive late. I'm not sure why so I often double-check leads and have found no task was created. It creates double work so I have to make sure to keep my eyes opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I would miss tasks, and follow-ups dropping the ball when reaching out to my lead base. I also have a routine when sending out canned emails to leads and prospective students.
HubSpot does more than what I expected.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that when I email clients I get activity responses from their interaction with the email. This is especially great when you are looking for real leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some color coding of clients and types of activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using templates to email leads allows me to reach out to more people and be more productive during the day.
I highly recommend HubSpot. Excellent product and service!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot has so many native integrations. Their customer service is also excellent. I was evaluating other CRMs and HubSpot was easily the best choice for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a bit confused with their onboarding package. I thought that the paid onboarding plan included account setup. It was more or less training that was available through the Academy and forums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has accelerated our company growth. We have visibility in our reporting and now can automate much of the previous manual tasks. It also provides an interconnected business ecosystem.
Prospecting was never this easy
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about hubspot is that you get to see all the activity from your accounts. Each email, call or note can be recorded and, later on, consulted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything in particular, but I think it would be helpful if you could register more info on the opportunities, to get useful statistics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes organizing so much easier. This way you avoid duplicating accounts, and share a live status with your entire team.
Lifechanging Tool For Growing Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is such an intuitive tool, with versatility at its forefront, allowing team members to create systems, templates and more that work uniquely for their position and needs. It allows team members in a variety of roles to better manage leads, conversations and important client data and grow authentically while keeping customer care, rapport and retention top of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can initially feel overwhelming, however Hubspot support is fantastic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Hubspot to better manage and organize our stockist and partner conversations all in one spot. It has helped us to stay engaged with our community in meaningful ways while saving us time, energy and stress
Hubspot Tasks and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I've very recently begun a role as a BDR making cold calls, and HubSpot has really helped me keep on track and meet my targets. I love the ability to enroll my contacts into sequences to make sure I'm keeping them engaged enough while not overwhelming them with daily calls, and being able to circle through hundreds and hundreds of people throughout the week without having to really think about it. I also appreciate the ability to set reminders for follow-ups, I find it much easier than actually taking the time to put something in my calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances where I would like the option to filter through my tasks using more metrics than are available. I would really love if I was able to go into my daily tasks and first focus on people living in EST, and then work my way west throughout the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really allowing me to get more efficient and productive with my time. It allows me to take some time away from my organizational work and planning and really focus my efforts on selling.

More training on how to maximize the use of Hubspot
