Hubspot is overall a good CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easily configuring contacts & sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inputting companies automatically should have more options than only going off of their email address as this does not work when people use free email addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping contact more people, efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The platforms provide a simple and easy use especially if you're trying to manage multiple clients. The best feature is the ability to keep notes and reminders with clients. It contains every tool possible to manage your day to day
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Hubspot is as best as you can get. Whether you pay or use the free version, both do a substantial job at providing convenience and tracking methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves 2 main problems: networking and scheduling. It allows you to see what others i your company are doing to be effective and it also allows a mutual conversation with your clients where its customized to them.
Very user-friendly, customizable, but has some limitations as a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows the end-user to create custom reports and dashboards that are helpful to my day-to-day. It's also very easy to associate activity with deals, companies, and contacts as well as send emails directly from the deal page. I also think the Gmail plug-in works great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations regarding the tracking of contacts (instead of leads) can end up not having as effective reporting for the overall deal cycle. Otherwise, it's a seamless process to add deals to contacts and change deal statuses without issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use Hubspot Sales Hub as a CRM to track progress towards goals while measuring the success of marketing-generated leads through our sales funnels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For more complex CRM needs, be sure that Hubspot can accomplish all that you're looking for. It is great at marketing automation, but there are some limitations from lead tracking through the sales cycle.
This has been the firendliest system we have used to date.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we have so many options, and can grow into this system as needed.

My one problem, is that we didn't know about Hubspot sooner!

They help us manage the system, which in turn allows us to use it properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing the percentage of the tasks I have done and being able to see if the amount of work I have done on Hubspot and the same with the calls. Being able to see when customers open the emails and how many times, to see if they are interested or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not seeing the customer email response in the activity feed. The tasks not being in alphabetical order and the overdue task not being at the beginning of the overdue task, like the most recent task you did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more organized with my work and understanding that there is a schedule for everything, made me understand the importance of following up and keeping up with my tasks.

I like the analytical dashboards and the reporting along with scheduling an email for later

It's easier to filter through the customers, keep track of how long approvals take, love how we can create new workflows quickly and easily!

I dont like that we cannot search a customer by their address - it can only be the name

Intuitive and easy to navigate. Was able to get through without much training.
