Automation is key!
What do you like best about the product?
I've recently been using the Hubspot emailing and calling feature and I've already saved myself so much time on a daily basis!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a better rating system for the Hubspot score (even if they opened my email twice and said 'absolutely not,' they still have a high score).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The templates are amazing and remove any error that I may have done from manual emails
Hubspot has been friendly to use and very practical to manage business leads and current pipeline.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can integrate all of our tools such as Linkedin, Zoominfo, Vidyard and much more. Hubspot really makes it easy to work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could receive calls and work with SMS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my tasks organize
Very user-friendly interface.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate. It's a great tool to use when training new hires.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could use it more for sales opportunities. Sometimes the pipeline is not as sales-friendly as others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending follow-up emails to prospects and being able to update in real-time new due dates.

The platform is very user-friendly and a great tool to train individuals.
Keeps me organized and efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the notification when a customer opens an email, I am able to call them on the spot and avoid playing phone tag! Helps my close ratio like crazy!

I wish I could drag and drop other emails from other people into the account from my work gmail that are related to the file

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has become invaluable in tracking leads and keeping communications in one handy spot - big fan!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the search feature to be a bit wonky at times but otherwise, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The many different tools available through the Sales Hub have helped to solve multiple problems!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly manage the people I reach out to or who I want to reach out to is my favorite part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some glitchy technical issues slowed down my process

Organization has always been a struggle for me, and Sales Hub definitely helped!

organized fields for stages of various stages of pipeline helps me stay on top of my deals

I don't think there is much that is missing- it has what I need to organize my deals

No serious dislikes. One suggestion would be further qualifying inbounds

What do you dislike about the product?
I get frusterated that you can't use contact filters on the deal pipeline, I would love if you could sort by deals but also filter them by traits of associated contacts

It is the filing cabinet and assistant for those without a human version
