Great for company transparency
What do you like best about the product?
As a CRM tool it's great for prospecting and managing companies and accounts. The sequences, documents, contact filtering and deal board are all useful, functional features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is limited and counter-intuitive. There are lots of nuances we struggle to report on because tracking is done with plain text fields rather than quantative fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables the entire sales to funnel to be tracked, monitored and engaged. This is now tying in with the marketing function to accelerate our growth and increase the quality of our leads.
Hubspot has been brilliant, by far the best CRM I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see who has opened my emails and clicked on links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything unuseful yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easy for me to track my tasks and keep on top of prospects that I need to contact.
Great CRM tool for comms and deals management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy visualisation of the engagement you have with leads. The Deals section is a great tool to keep track of all engagement with contacts and determine with clarity their stages in the sales funnel. Also being able to name the Deals stages as you need is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meetings tool could be a bit more customisable. The way it integrates with Microsoft Teams is still not ideal, as the meeting link will be inserted at the bottom of the email sent to the contact (some contacts won't see it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way you can keep track of all the conversations happening with deals is very helpful. It prevents you from getting lost among endless emails, and Hubspot will quickly show you when you last engaged with the contacts within each deal, making it easy to keep on top of your engagement needs.
Easy to navigate, great to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I can find my contacts very quickly, and ensure I keep tabs on all my open deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling reports could be easier than it is right now. More videos on how to do things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FOr me the biggest thing are the tasks. I sometimes lose track of where I'm at with a prospect, but the tasks ensure I don't forget.
User friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely user friendly. If you are doing something new, it is usually very easy to work out. If not there is always help. Much better than any CRM I have used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom integration is not great. The comment box does not fit the screen and it is difficult to save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of contacts and tasks is easy and the email templates save a lot of time

- Slow, can be clunky at times
- Steps are not always clear
- Program onboarding is lacking - work-specific processes MUST be taught.
- Everyone utilizes hubspot differently
- Too slow to change all properties in a pipeline (idea: keyboard shortcuts - select property and click 1-4 ?)

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's organisation tools and filters allow you to organise your workflow in a way that suits you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is unreliable at best, and useless at worst. Constantly fails to find tickets generated from emails that can be found by manually searching for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes team workflow easier and chains allow you to see a full insight into a situation.
It really has helped us to keep a good track of our customers and prospects

It's a simple tool that can be customised to your needs, from reporting through to task reminders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't as intuitive as they should be, and the live chat isn't necessarily the greatest. However any issues are resolved relatively quickly and for its price you cant complain

Keep track of tasks, especially following up and prospecting into a large number of personas and companies.

HubSpot from a SDR'S Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of HubSpot is the ability to carve out sequences with ease and leverage collateral all within one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike is an inability to edit some aspects of sequences after they have been enrolled, currently we have to end and recommence the sequence which becomes complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps to break down silos and enables the sales team to collaborate all within one system. The benefit for me is ease of prospecting, visibility of pipeline and collaboration with team members within the platform.
