Strong UX, amazing startup pricing, powerful features
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to set up Hubspot, adjust it to ones needs and then leverage the powerful feature suite
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Overall a great tool that has no flaws. If you have complex specific needs or need best of breed tools you might want to leverage their add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get up and running very fast, lots of transparency and quick to impact.
Hubspot email campaigns are must have for sales
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access of the hubspot email campaigns help us sales people to do a regular followups with all our existing client list and new clients

Nothing as of now , everything is as good as possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of mass emailing and a regular review over email, cold emails and maintaining a regular touchbase with all leads

Surely would request all organisations who are into sales, to use this as an effective medium of communication.
A good and cost-efficient CRM that gets the job done for salespeople. Better than others I used

Great email add-on that automates the creation and editing of deals directly from the inbox, based on the emails exchanged with prospects

The initial setup of the views and workflows (as well as their editing afterwards) isn't as friendly as I'd like

Makes it easy to manage and share knowledge between teams and employees in the organization regarding the latest statuses of all the deals the salespeople are working on
Hubspot proved to be an excellent replacement of my previous CRM

The User Interface, which is Not bad but surely it can be much better

Hub Professional is the best part of hubspot, easy to use to keep track of what yo do for proper follow-up and the best part is reminders, if you use if properly you will never miss anything in terms of follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is perfect, so as per me there is nothing in dislikes, I found hubspot one of the best platforms to work and to do a proper follow-up all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time in terms of sending emails and follow up, helping to keep a record of everything like mails calls and other activities, daily reports saves life and time both.
HubSpot is perfect for tracking Sales.

That is very easy to keep track of all the sales and customers' information along with their company's information as well. Also, they have lots of integrations with other CRM or websites too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format of the options when it comes to changing the customers or their company's industries or their phone number because sometimes I don't know where they are from and that makes it hard for me because I can't put their country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that they are trying to solve for me is that snippet parts because I create my snippets on there but they don't seem to get saved at all even though I press the save button.

I dont have any dislikes but if they can widen the options for call integration to UAE that would be great.

Problems are:
- Managing the CRM - with Hubspot we can put all our contacts and associate them on all deals and tickets.
- Managing sales report - with HubSpot we able to see our growth and pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a tool for CRM and Marketing Automation. It helps any company to analyze the data and take the action against them. This tool also helps the salesperson to create deals, tasks, and many other features that a user can use. By Automation, you can create workflows and sequences. You can also put a chat feature on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Freshworks and Hubspot both but featured wise HubSpot is better than any other CRM but the UI is not that user-friendly compared to Freshworks. Also, it signs out every time when you close the chrome or any other browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I Can Say Deals is the feature that I am happily using and taking the action on every deal. I am seeing the deal amount and many more features. They follow 3 screens on one page that is more useful for showing all the information. By automation, you can also set your workflows.
An amazing product - a suite of products within!
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot Sales Hub for, well, my sales team, but also for my entire team. We live and breath through this tool to be the single source of truth for all sales content
What do you dislike about the product?
While the tools are amazing, the price of this tool also escalates really quickly. The jump from the first two to later tiers is really steep and tough to afford for a lot of businesses

Sales data, reporting, and tracking for our agency. Being a single source of truth for all our sales data is critical as we seek to collaborate cross functionally
