Easy UI, user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to see all tickets in the queue at once. It was easy to organize all open tickets
What do you dislike about the product?
that you had to switch through different pipelines- sometimes tickets would get easily lost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the issue of reporting- we really liked their reporting capabilities
Great CRM for starting out
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very easy to use, and very straightforward to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API integration, while well documented, took a little bit to understand. However, their SDKs have good sample code, so once you understand the sample code it's straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to upload and add contacts, getting things out of email or other ways of tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub best complete solution for sales & marketing you can easily track each lead with Sales Pipeline where you have a complete record in front of your dashboard. We can create Leads contact list even we can, email, schedule meeting call details, create a list of tasks & many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a complete package for sales & marketing i think there is nothing to dislike in it but for smaller companies, it will be cost-effective as their pricing is a bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the HubSpot Sales Hub we are solving many problems but I will list a few of them here previously we were storing data manually, for tracking clients it was difficult for us after getting Hubspot sales hub now we are able to keep track on each lead, we happy to use hubspot where we can have reminders for followups, scheduling meeting with clients. Listing down the tasks & many more.
Hands down, the best CRM out there for sales reps!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is amazing, having worked with Salesforce at 2 different organizations, it's refreshing to see the ease & convenience of using HubSpot. I'm gonna say it, HubSpot > SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing data on HubSpot can be a pain, specifically if you use LinkedIn to prospect. There's a third-party extension that allows you to import contacts, I wish HubSpot could introduce something similar. Also, an email verifier would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my sales pipeline, and maintaining tasks, deals, contacts, and companies. A CRM is ideally the backbone of a sales rep, the HubSpot team has done a great job with the solutions!

What do you like best about the product?
We can track easily each created deals, with the right function. User friendly and efficient. Good customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe to request permission to access some functions

Sequencing. We had a nice meeting with Jen who gave us all the necessary information and was very friendly

It is very clunky and the user experience is subpar. Not intuitive at all

Staying on top of my CRM and automating the pipeline. It allows me to know what stage I am in.

A user friendly platform for all sales need
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform for email marketing. It helps to create a personalized sales client list for outreach which makes it easy to communicate. A single platform where we can get all details communication details, documents shared, deals and many more. Also, we can create multiple sequences which makes it easy to target similar types of companies. It all also helps to track the contacts who open the emails or click the links.
What do you dislike about the product?
But there are some minor bugs in this platform. Sometimes it shows wrong email counts, opens and clicks. Also, there are times when all emails don't sync properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bugs I've mentioned are occurring less nowadays and also they are constantly updating the platform to make it more user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful to have email snippets, and templates. Outbound email tracking works great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that a deal has to open up in a separate tab, instead of just another tab in Hubspot.

routing our leads well from the top of the funnel to close.
