HubSpot makes my work less stressful

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the customer info can be easily shared with teammates. I also like the fact that it's pretty flexible for customized features, which helps a lot in new projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some emails when they are external can't be logged, sometimes the whole email threads are missing, so you can't know the full story of the customer. I also had some issues with HubSpot Gmail extension- the emails didn't log even if the extension was on, which were solved quickly, but some of my teammates experienced the same problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It structures and organizes my work, it allows me to stay on top of my daily tasks

Easy but not simplified

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can view all deals in different stages and also change the views of how I see the info. Also, links are easy to reach and go view other info that is a part of the profiles I´m working on
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is not simplified at a glance. I would need to create a dashboard or go to a different screen. Although, it would be really handy to have everything visible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way we manage tickets and follow up. Also by categorizing, specially bcs our sales procedure has many stages. Also it solves internal communication and make tags more simple

What do you like best about the product?
Connected with marketing hub, it becomes a very powerful tool that can make you increase leads, deals and revenue

It is quite pricy for small businesses but it is worth it

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-use platform, anyone can easily get used to the tools that they offer, if you use it as the main CRM of your company you won't regret it, uploading leads, creating cadences and reviewing the statistics after that it's incredibly helpful and way easier than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that I dislike something in specific about Hubspot. I would like to have the possibility to track the clickers/openers in a faster way but apart from that is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to organize the leads to do the outbound marketing of our company, modify our current campaigns with the A/B testing, and to create new strategies depending on the content that is working.

Hubspot helps us managing Customer Success workflows

What do you like best about the product?
We are using mainly Deals and Contacts, and setup Tasks linked to different fields. That's quite convinient and minimize manual work. It helps several teams working together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows are quite sensitive to data and break when sometning is missing, sometines it's hard to track everything.
Data logging (for emails, for example) - you need to keep track on details (like always login to Chrome extention) to ensure all is well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for smooth handover from Sales to Customer Success team, as well as to manage all further activities. The picture is transparrent, you can get the full pucture of the whole cycle in Dashboards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
What I like about HubSpot is flexibility and variety of ways to organise workflows.
For example, in my previous company we were using Deals pipeline a lot for customer success activities (basically we were duplicating pipelines, which resulted in twice more manual work of sales and customer success teams). Now I found a way to reduce time for filling out the data base and automate tasks and processes based on information in contact / deal fields. Before configuring, I would recommend to study which way will fit your goals the best. It will allow you to save time of each team member on filling out the database, automate a big part of your workflows, ensure that human factor is minimized, and no customer is forgotten or lost.
HubSpot allows import/export a lot of info from other resources, so this part is very heloful as well.
Reports and Dashboards allow you to see the clear and transparrent pictire of all activities in real time, this is very helpful.
Finally, service to create and use meeeting liks and signatures is highly recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good system but if you go down this route do not expect to be able to get out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you start and import your leads into Hubspot, the way that they categorize and organize leads, contacts, companies, etc. makes it so you are not able to export. You will NOT be able to use a third party email marketing system easily and you will suddenly be stuck in 'their way' and forced to upgrade to be able to use the category types - but this still does not allow you to easily use other email marketing systems.

Their system is designed to get you in easily but force you to upgrade and upgrade and I am assuming that is why they are going up in the market - becuase once you are in, unless you want to rebuild your entire sales system, you are stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email Marketing, working with other systems, leaving Hubspot. It is a decent enough but pricey system if you fully lean into it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at other systems that play better with others and that ensure that your information is your information.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences - as the ability to set and (almost!) forget is really helpful. Also the pipeline management with tiled view makes it easy for me to see me and my teams activity

reporting dashboard is clunky and doesn't really help explain the data

sales cycle and how long it really takes. really helpful to understand this process and how as a sales team we can try and speed this up
